Where to start LOL
I went in and ordered 2 footlongs and 2 soups.
1) My chicken noodle soup had a total of 2 noodles and 1 piece of chicken. I paid for overpriced broth.
2) The soups are now served with a lid that appears upside down and spills SO easily, we lost half of the soup despite keeping the bag upright.
3) When making my sandwich, I specifically asked for “just a tiny bit of garlic aoli” to which the kid behind the counter blasts my sandwich. I told him “whoah, that’s more than enough. Too much” and he says “oh sorry, what else do you want”. I reply and tell him that I’d like just a TINY bit of bbq and he goes and does the exact same thing and blasts my sandwich with bbq. Since it didn’t have the veggies piled up, it made my sandwich so soggy and barely edible.

I was scared of coming here seeing the reviews, but the staff was friendly and the food was good. I guess it depends on who’s working at that time

I disagree with the previous review. The owner is VERY nice. He is not rude. He is shy and English is his second language.

I was a regular until 8/9/2024, the young man working at 11am makes a sandwich for a lady, accepts her money with his plastic gloves on, then fiddles around with the cash register and changes the receipt paper and then proceeds to make my sandwich with his contaminated gloves. I ask him if he’s going to change his gloves and he kind of laughs. I then tell him, I don’t want the food anymore and walk out never to go again.

This is the worst subway ever. Workers don’t care, the owner is rude and doesn’t care also. And you wonder why they have such a high turnover. Order was wrong the past 3 times ordering online. They really skimp out on the amount of veggies they put also. Ordered a sandwich online again, this time with the add on mozzerella. Paid an extra $2.75 for that cheese only to go home and realize they didn’t even add the cheese. Went back to the store to only be greeted with the owner’s unnecessary attitude. A simple apology would go a long way, but of course no apology for the mistake. Left with a bad taste in my mouth. Definitely would not recommend anyone to spend their money here. Will be going to Jersey Mikes from now on.

The manager is rude. I've dealt with her 3x. And refused service to me in the 3rd. I polity asked for more chicken cause she only fills half the footlong/sandwich. She is super fast doesn't care about the quality of her work. Then I misunderstood her last question when she was wrapping my sandwich so I repeated the question to make sure I heard her right (clearly I didnt) cause without hesitation nor the slightest customer service skills. She refused our service. When I originally delt with her in the first circumstances, she was upset I requested a certain type of chicken which I always had in the past and she wanted to give me shredded. The girl is rude.

At this Subway location, I was surprised to find that a footlong sandwich costs $18, which seemed quite expensive. However, when I visited a different Subway, I ordered the same item and was pleasantly surprised to discover that it was only $14. This price difference left me intrigued and wondering what might account for the variation in cost between the two locations.

Horrible customer service. Person making the sub was very rude for no reason. Getting attitude from just buying a sub.. yeah okay buddy ??
I wosh i could give mo stars. Horrible service from owner no greeting very rude and curt with customer. When i asked why he was being so mean to me he said thats the way he is. I needed to understand thats how he talks...reallly is it acceptable to treat customers especially a first time one like that. And he even has a sign at the register that they have the right to refuse service to rude people...well what about the one behind the counter. Subway you are spending millions of dollars on a tv campaign to promote your refresh branding but you have owners like this...it would also help if the plaxo was clean...and the bread was cooked correctly and fresh check the picture .sorry you just lost me to Jersey Mike's who treated me with respect and as a valued customer. You know i am the most patient and humble customer and very appreciative of employees . But not this one
