This is pretty much a grab and go spot. No place to eat and they ask you not to eat in your car since parking is very limited. Sandwich is pretty meh. They ran out of some of the veggie options when I order.

Can't say much other than I was super happy with my order. On top of that I got a buy one footlong and get one free. AND on top of that, $4 off coupon because I bought a few sandos when I'm too tired to cook. Lol I put in my order through my app and it told me when it's being made. I leave then and when get to the shop, it's ready. The lady behind the counter asked for my name, then handed me the bag. Once I got home, of course I didn't take a nice picture of it, but I'm sure we ALL can figure out what a tuna sando looks like. This sandwich was well made. Enough of everything and the bread wasn't squished and wet. Enjoyed my inexpensive meal tonight. Please don't forget to tip even if you are taking out. They make your sando and they deserve a tip. I always put myself in their shoes and feel it's the right thing to do and I would expect that myself!!

Absolutely the worst location. To be clear this one is king and Punahou across Washington middle school . If you want vegetables this place changes the price of your sandwich. From 13.79 to 15 plus ? Wtf? When I order the EXACT same sandwich at Nimitz location, or the ala Moana location, or on the Subway app, you can add up to 10 vegetables without an additional charge? 11 vegetables no additional charge if I use Uber eats, and that's Delivered from the SAME location ! Even the one in Discovery Bay doesn't charge for lettuce on the exact same sandwich. Do your sandwich makers work on commission? To you compensate them for overcharging ? It's bad enough that every other Subway from Kahala mall to the airport has the buy 1 get 1 half off but not this one. There's quite a few other mistakes in my transaction but I'm not going to list them, forget trying to improve. Just close and let another restaurant fill your spot please. I say definitely go to a different location for your sandwiches.

The restaurant was small but clean. The girl that helped me was most friendly.
Centrally located in town, I came here for a salad and it was wonderful. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Lots of fresh ingredients which is always a good thing. Would come back if I was in the neighborhood. Parking is a bit tricky as there are only a handful of stalls. Be careful of the traffic as this will be a challenge if you drive.

Inaccurate hours. They had their hours posted on the door that they closed at 9:30pm.... we showed up at 5:30pm but the doors were locked. We knocked as there were employees inside but they wouldn't even look or acknowledge us. Unprofessional at best.

Never have I ever been told I cannot customize my sandwich. I ordered the supreme meats today on my work break and the lady refused to let me take off the tomatoes and swap the mvp vinegrette out with siracha ( not a big ask) and she refused. she said i must get the sandwich as is and i cannot make customizations unless i get one of the basic ones on the right aka ham and cheese -turkey club- blt -etc. Not only was this a huge waste of time on my valuable break time but i want able to eat lunch today as i had planned my time scootering to subway and back. I would give 0 stars if possible. I guess you can’t do the main thing that Subway was made for and customize your sandwich

I love Subway and I usually order from here pretty frequently since I work up the street. But yesterday I ordered my sandwich and I broke my molar due to an olive pit. Not only that but I also received the wrong soda.
