I Love this subway so much because it's amazing and Ono and there customer service is the bomb and awesome and they make my sandwich so yummy and Ono and I always get the Chicken Teriyaki Sandwich at Subway... it's always make me hungry and happy and I love Subway!!!!

My husband and I come to Kam shopping Subway often to grab a quick sandwich. We actually like coming to this Subway over the others because the customer service we get from the Filipino ladies is stellar! The lady's are always nice, patient, and accommodating. They even remember my husband's order when we goes in. It's a good feeling knowing that they actually take the time to remember their customers. There's not much tables to eat at, so the best thing to do is take out. Food is great. Bread is always fresh, soup is always warm, and cookies are always hitting the spot. They have a variety of chips too. My son loves the Miss Vickie's jalapeño chips, and this is the only place we can find it easily. Really great fast food sandwiches when needing a quick grab and go.

Please listen carefully to what your customer is saying. I ordered the litte cheesesteak and the lady asked (on what bread)?... i continued on the conversation and tell her if she has ciabatta bread, she carried on and fix a six inch. Any way, there's a difference between steak and cheese on your menu and little cheesesteak right? Please don't make me look stupid in front of the other customers...

Their sandwiches are good, but why spend the money when you can make it yourself? You can buy all the ingredients and fix it yourself.

placed an online order which was buy one footlong get one free when I went to pick up the order they told me the order already got picked up....umm how....then they told me the order wasn't processed when the money was already taken out of my account. then the lady had to go talk to the manager about it and it showed up on their screen needless to say after much bickering they only made 1 sandwich when I told them it was 2 sandwiches they said they don't honor online coupons at this location and as I was leaving they told me I had to pay for the sandwich(that I had already paid for) again. I told them no I already paid and u won't make my full order so why do I have to pay again. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM GRUMPY EMPLOYEES WHO MAKE THEIR OWN RULES. NEVER GOING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. I WOULD GIVE A ZERO IF I COULD ??

It's been a while since I've ate a Subway Sandwich. My favorite use to be Cold Cut Trio, but looks like Subway totally revamped the menu! Why Subway at Kam Shopping Center? It's not as busy as other locations in town, most especially at Airport Trade Center which I absolutely find crazy busy at HNL Airport. Parking is also easier and not as congested as other shopping centers. These ladies who make your sandwich are all super friendly and take the time to create your sandwich to your liking. They open as early as 8:30am which is early enough to pick up lunch before my day starts.

Lunch in Kalihi, Honolulu, Hawaii... Kamehameha Shopping Center is really convenient for me. It's on the way home (between Honolulu and Kaneohe) and it has everything: from Longs, Jamba, and Times to McDonald's, Baskin-Robbins, and Starbucks. This shopping center has the big names and free shared parking! I remembered that I had a coupon in my wallet and decided to use it - since I was there and I was feeling a bit hungry. I looked at the menu with its new 12 Series items and saw the meatball sandwiches that Rod U. mentioned. Ha! I should try one! Ordering "The Boss" (pepperoni, meatballs with marinara sauce, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese), I watched my sandwich being made fresh. I was asked what kind of veggies I wanted - everything except spicy peppers, please! It sure had a tasty fragrance as I drove home. I cut it in half to show the middle of the sandwich, then, I took a bite. Mmm! I can see how my dad liked meatball sandwiches - the texture is very substantial and satisfying. The marinara sauce had a bit of a kick. I was going to just eat half, but it was really delicious after all! LOL! The sandwich somehow disappeared! I put another coupon in my wallet in case I'm in the area again... Or - I can stop by another Subway when I'm hungry!
Showed up at 7:24 and doors were locked with a guest inside. Location closes at 7:30 and sign on door says 7:30pm. Post 7:24 as the closing time if your going to lock the doors at 7:24, otherwise stay open until the time you post on the door.

Food not that great at this location, customer service even worst, get one lady worker she always grouchy at everyone, everyday she the one always taking the money. Get other subway locations way better then this one.

I visit this Subway location at least three times a week because I work in the shopping plaza and the staff is usually professional and friendly, however, today was completely different. While the employee was making my sandwich, a police officer walked in and for some reason…the employee making my sandwich stopped helping me, made a sandwich for him while making conversation with him. She then handed me off to another employee who made the sub after the officer left. The employee then rung me up for the exact (more expensive) sandwich the officer ordered which makes me think…did the officer even pay? Was the sandwich given to him for free? Did they conveniently forget to charge him? So many unanswered questions. I wasn’t aware Subway delved in preferential treatment based on career choice. Needless to say…today was my final day eating here.

I hate to do one star reviews but this just crossed the line when it comes to cleanliness. My friend and I went on an errands trip and after we finished our errands, we craved subway. I waited in the car as he went out and ordered the sandwich when he texts me that the lady working smacked a roach with her gloved hand that was running across the sandwich paper. She then continued to use the same glove and when asked if her hands was clean, the Filipino lady sarcastically said "yeeesssss..." Seeing her continue to work on the sandwich with the glove, and then seeing the sandwich paper still on the counter not even thrown away, it was enough for us to say never mind. I have never encountered a situation like this before so we didn't know how to react honestly. It's kinda funny now but seriously someone should inspect this place. Sorry but that is a no no for me! No bug guts in my sandwich please and thank you!
