I orderd a Pastrami on wheat bread. I've always received ALL wheat bread. I noticed as the woman was cutting the bread that it was white inside and the texture was different. I asked her if it was wheat...she mumbled. I asked again..she said yes! I said your wheat bread is normally all brown. In a sassy tone, she replied...it is brown! I said...yes...on the outside. Another worker, said it was wheat and that it's multigrain. Hello...multigrain bread has multiple grains...not just wheat.I told the woman who's making my sandwich that I didn't appreciate her rudeness. She replied...I don't care and that I was rude! I said to her that she was unprofessional and left without giving my business. All I wanted was to confirm that it was wheat bread. I hope that these women learn the difference between all wheat and multigrain and hope that people that may want only wheat or who have allergies to grains read this. It's such a shame to experience this kind of behavior.

This subway is one of the worst I have been to. I ordered on mobile app.Con's:MessySloppyNo olivesNo green pepper No yellow pepper.I asked for extra lettuce, olives, red onions, green pepper and yellow pepper. -Tiny subs it is more like a kids meal that's how skinny my subway was. Normally I only eat half of a sub and save my other half for dinner but nope I was able to eat the whole footling cause the fillings we so smallI didn't ask for extra sauce but yet they were able to soak my bread in mayo and garlic sauce when I didn't even request for extra sauce. -no parking at this old shopping center -Lastly, the lady who gave my phone didn't even bother taking off her gloves to give me my order. She gave me a receipt to sign and pen with her gloves on that she had just made. I know because the there were oil stains and food toppings when she had asked me to sign. Pro:None other than it was bought out to me on time.

Ordered the big hot pastrami. Not on App. In order to get rewards points, use rewards you have to order on APP. Gee, miscommunication, would have Ordered something else. BIG HOT PASTRAMI! Not salty. Good blend. I told the girl I wanted to use my rewards, but pastrami wasn't on the APP. Wish she told me before I ordered that rewards only applies to sandwiches on the APP.

Ordered from this subway from Salt lake, and it was a friendly mother daughter team that worked that night. They were friendly, and explained which 6" sub was free with the buy a footlong and medium drink, get a 6" sub free coupon. They were patient when I asked about the sauces, cheese and breads since I haven't ordered from subway for a while, and they were still accommodating when I changed my mind and changed my choice of from meatballs to roast beef. The only thing that was missing was that olive oil and another spice or dressing they usually add at the end along with the dressing of choice, and the meat wasn't as much as I usually get. That was not asked if I wanted, so I thought it was odd, but my friend said you have to ask if you want that dressing.Other than that, they correctly added all the veggies I wanted, and service was great.Lots of parking since it is at the Salt Lake center.

How hard is it to make a sandwich? I want to put the meat on and put the cheese on your toast and then you add everything else that the customer wants to. It is the second time I’ve gotten my sandwich in there but no cheese then I called the store and they say oh well we can’t replace it really paid for it, but you can’t fix it. Manager was very rude and very hateful. Don’t recommend the store at all.

Normally love this place and have a great experience. Ordered an Italian bmt, got handed some kind of chicken spinach sub instead. Was fun to get home unwrap when literally so hungry and then disappointment. They remade it but still. That was such a let down. Subway has been one of my biggest cravings but all it takes is one time to ruin a place for me. Maybe I’ll stick with the salt lake location from now on :/

Terrible Franchisee! I've seen him hovering rudely over his employees making sure they don't give too much meats. His cheap a** can't even replace the oven that's been "out of order" for MONTHS!! I'll go to the one by Ice Palace from now on.

WORST experience ever!First of all, there are two Subway locations in Salt Lake: one at Stadium Mall near Ice Palace and this one located in the Salt Lake Shopping Center. Because I had such a great experience with the mobile app at the Stadium Mall location, I decided to try it at this location. My husband and I needed to run a few errands in the shopping center, anyway. In retrospect, ordering at this location was a HUGE MISTAKE!My husband went in about 5 minutes early (the order was estimated to be ready at 12:06 p.m.). At the time of arrival, there was no line. He sees a bag, goes up to the counter, and informs one of the staff members that he was there to pick up a mobile order and asks if the bag was it. Well, it wasn't and he's told that our mobile order isn't ready, yet, which was fine because he was a bit early. So, he waits patiently on the side. Slowly, others come in, and a line starts forming. They're immediately serviced, and sandwiches are being made to order. Some guy who says he has a mobile order comes walking in, is handed a bag, and walks right out. Meanwhile, my husband is still patiently waiting. Time is flying by, but still no order. I'm waiting in the car, wondering what the hell is taking so long. I notice people who arrived after my husband are walking out with their sandwiches in hand. My husband finally decides to jump in line and asks for our mobile order again. He's told that it was just made, but both of the sandwiches are cold to the touch, indicating that the sandwiches were not "just made" as the staff said it was, but rather just sitting there while they were servicing the walk-ins. He politely asks the employee to remake his sandwhich, a melt, which is supposed to be hot. Then, a random guy ahead of him in line decides to get into my husband's business as if he knows what's going on. He insists that he saw the worker just make our sandwhiches, which isn't true because my husband's melt was, as I said, COLD. Now, it's an even bigger problem. My husband goes off on him!People inside are starting to notice the commotion; some even try to calm my husband down as he's berating the guy. Meanwhile, no one steps in from management or even a worker to de-escalate the situation between my husband and the guy in line.To me, it's the responsibility of the business to keep its patrons safe, and they failed to do so at that moment. I mean, what if it had escalated to physical violence? This whole ordeal lasted 30 minutes! Lest to say, we're NEVER ordering from this location ever again. Btw, when we finally arrived home (about a 5 minute drive) and opened up our sandwhiches, mine was sloppily made as if rushed. My sandwich was soggy and falling apart as I ate it. I also ordered it with extra olives and there was nothing extra about it. My husband couldn't even enjoy his meal after what happened. Not a great way to spend the day after Christmas. Thanks a lot, Subway!
