The manager shuts off online orders when he gets overwhelmed but when I came in person there was no one here. Now I’m here on another day, online orders still off and I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes—I’m still waiting. The employee has no sense or urgency and he seems very miserable with his life. I only come here because it’s close to my work, otherwise I would never come here!

The BEST in town located off Nimitz by the Airport. Locally franchised and handled with CARE.
Lets be real, Every subway is busy and with online orders. Let's take a breath to give the staff a chance to create custom sandwhichs with patience.
This local owner always greets us with Aloha and despite how busy his location gets has a smile on his face!
Mahalo Nui for staying in business as this is best healthy choice in the area.

My friend picked it up and said they were quite rude. When asking for chicken breast the response was “Subway doesn’t have chicken breast.” I’ve gotten the same sandwich for about 6 years, so unless it just changed… excuse me? It also could’ve been said more nicely like “oh I’m sorry, that’s no longer on the menu.” My bread tasted pretty stale/hard on one side and super soggy on the other. My sandwich completely fell apart by the last few bites. My brother normally goes to the location by Safeway even though this is closer. Now I know why. Not coming back to this one. $23 for a very mediocre 6 inch and footlong meal was a rip off. If I hadn’t just got off an airplane I’d go buy my own ingredients and make a bunch of much cheaper, healthier, and tastier sandwiches at home.

I had placed the order at 1010 and the order went through and confirmed the sandwich were being built for pick up at 11. When I got to the location at 11 and asked for my pick up the owner told me he didn’t have a mobile order I showed him the confirmation number and he told me he turns off his mobile order at 1030. I told him I ordered them before 1030 and showed him my order. The owner was extremely rude and unapologetic. He ended up wasting my entire lunch break between the drive and the reorder. Never going to that location again.

The food tastes fine for subway but it takes a half hour to get your feed because there's is only ever 1 employee working and he's not very speedy. It takes 30 minutes when there's only 2 people in line in front of

THE. WORST.My supervisor tried to order online Tuesday morning (11/7) and received a message that this location wasn't receiving orders at this time. So she drove to the location and no one was there, no lights on even though this was during their business hours. She updates me this, so I later place an online order to another Subway near me (Aiea) and had no problem. I placed another order with the same Aiea store on Wednesday, no problem. Wednesday evening I tried call this location to ensure there will be no issues the following day, as I wouldn't be in the Aiea area... but no one from this store answered.Well, on Thursday (11/9) I was able to place an online order at 7:48am with instructions that we will be picking up at 12pm. When I tried to do a second order immediately after, I received the notice that the location I selected wasn't receiving orders at this time. Hmmm, accepting orders one minute and not the next? I tried calling multiple times, no answer. I tried ordering again at 9:40am and it was accepted, with instructions again that we will be picking it up at 12pm. At 11:47am I receive 2 emails, notifying me that my orders were canceled! It said "If you requested this, you’re all set. If not, please contact the restaurant where you had placed your order for more information." Contact the restaurant... that never answers their phone? We were left scrambling to figure out last minute lunch options.Avoid this Subway. They apparently don't want business so don't bother giving them yours and save yourself the trouble.

The two gals up front were very quick with 4 or 5 customers in line while I was waiting for my online order. They got my order on point and sandwhich was delicious. Very friends as well
