I had placed the order at 1010 and the order went through and confirmed the sandwich were being built for pick up at 11. When I got to the location at 11 and asked for my pick up the owner told me he didn’t have a mobile order I showed him the confirmation number and he told me he turns off his mobile order at 1030. I told him I ordered them before 1030 and showed him my order. The owner was extremely rude and unapologetic. He ended up wasting my entire lunch break between the drive and the reorder. Never going to that location again.

THE. WORST.My supervisor tried to order online Tuesday morning (11/7) and received a message that this location wasn't receiving orders at this time. So she drove to the location and no one was there, no lights on even though this was during their business hours. She updates me this, so I later place an online order to another Subway near me (Aiea) and had no problem. I placed another order with the same Aiea store on Wednesday, no problem. Wednesday evening I tried call this location to ensure there will be no issues the following day, as I wouldn't be in the Aiea area... but no one from this store answered.Well, on Thursday (11/9) I was able to place an online order at 7:48am with instructions that we will be picking up at 12pm. When I tried to do a second order immediately after, I received the notice that the location I selected wasn't receiving orders at this time. Hmmm, accepting orders one minute and not the next? I tried calling multiple times, no answer. I tried ordering again at 9:40am and it was accepted, with instructions again that we will be picking it up at 12pm. At 11:47am I receive 2 emails, notifying me that my orders were canceled! It said "If you requested this, you’re all set. If not, please contact the restaurant where you had placed your order for more information." Contact the restaurant... that never answers their phone? We were left scrambling to figure out last minute lunch options.Avoid this Subway. They apparently don't want business so don't bother giving them yours and save yourself the trouble.

This Subway location "sandwiched" in among other eateries in this small strip mall is a gem!! Especially the evening worker- a gentleman (whom I did not get his name) - who is quick, efficient, polite, and makes very nicely stacked sandwiches!!! Cuts & wraps them nicely...seems like something that should just be done without saying, but in today's world where poor customer service is the norm, his pride in his work is exceptional!!Thank you!!

Not open when they say they are open. Watched staff unlocking the doors 20 minutes after scheduled opening twice now. Not worth your time if that's how they manage their time let alone their food.

I don't think the young female employee this afternoon has ever eaten proper food. Who taught her how to make a soggy sandwich by sprinkling sauce on the bread first before adding vegetables? Plus, I wonder if someone taught her how to wrap your sandwiches like trash on purpose. Anyway, my sandwich was soggy in less than a minute after I packed it, and I threw it away because it looked disgusting to see it being packaged in a mess. If anyone wants to waste $10 in an annoying way, visit here.
Best Subway have been to on O'ahu. The staff member was generous, and professional. The sandwich (.6" Tuna w Everything) was awesome. Coming back for more..!

Do not recommend this subway, picked up lunch today and one worker was talking with the UPS guy and the other worker looked pissed that the conversation was happening that she got my order wrong. My sub looked like it was slapped together by someone who didn't care what they were doing. She was also very distracted/upset by her co worker and the UPS guy that she and it showed on her face. I'd rather drive to the salt lake shopping center subway then have to deal with the workers and their work habits again.

The two gals up front were very quick with 4 or 5 customers in line while I was waiting for my online order. They got my order on point and sandwhich was delicious. Very friends as well
