Pathetic management. Food court is crazy busy and they closed with 100s of people around. Subway already has a terrible name and this just reinforces it. If you are in to shorting stock, then subway management should make you very confident in betting against it. No excuses, do better.

Stopped by again. Why do they have this mean hateful woman working there. She screams at you. Slams things down lime she's disgusted with you and obviously hates her job. Why would anyone have some hateful person like this working there. She never says hello. Or can I help you? She just yells NEXT!!! Angry. After grabbing your money she never says thank you. I'm calling the corporate office on this horrible sham of Subway. Unbelievable!!!

We decided to take a Subway on our flight home so stopped in for a foot long. The lady was very nice and made our sandwich perfectly. She double wrapped it and included plenty of napkins. We were very satisfied with the service and the sandwich.

We do it every year, Have a subway to take on the plane when travelling from state to state. You cannot beat a subway, you know what you are going to get and know you are going to like your meal They were more expensive in Honolulu than we paid in Idaho

The worse subway I’ve been in. Server was a miserable “person”. Sandwich was a joke. Maybe there was rationing on salad and no one told me. Overall, WTF !!

Staff need to understand ENGLISH, Listen to what the person is ordering. Not a very good experience here at all.

This subway location desperately needs to hire at least one more person to work during the night time. I just stood in line with 10 other people for about 20 min. I felt really sorry for the older lady working there she was doing the best she could but no one can do that by themselves with that many customers waiting, 2 other people left before I finally gave up... 5 stars for the lady working there tonight but 0 for whoever runs that location.

I'm a kamaaina and live in Waikiki. I've just had my worse lifetime service experience at the Subway sandwich shop on Kuhio Ave. near the International Market Place. Employee "Norwa" (may not have given her real name as she was persistently deceptive) was rude, inattentive and openly hostile. She dared us to complain to her boss, "Go ahead, I don't care!" She repeatedly erred in my selection requests, threw things around, and was consistently inappropriate. She then tried to charge extra for a plastic bag (there were two separate paid orders) and then yelled at me, claiming I did not order each sandwich separately. Totally inappropriate and apparently smug that Subway management would not, or could not, do a thing about her surprising verbal abuse of customers. If you patronize this eatery watch carefully - she seems the sort who will spit in your sandwich if you blink.
