Hours said 8:00am opening.
Sat in the parking lot till 8:05am.
App said they were still closed.
Guess they need to manually turn on the app...

I purchased 4 foot long sandwiches via the app at the buy one get one free promo. I explained to the staff that I didn’t get that promo and was overcharged. Both staff members in the store didn’t know what to do or how to fix it. They didn’t even seem to understand my problem. The manager wasn’t in the store and had to call him. The manager Jay Koo would not even talk to me but instead passed a message to me that I had to “contact support”. Well “ support” was Jay Koo responding telling me I didn’t input the promo code. If he had looked at my order or even asked for a copy of my order, he would see that I did. Totally unacceptable. Subway should be ashamed of this type of management response. I have been I customer for years. I would hope that all the other sandwich companies would respond better to their customers that Jay did and not accuse them without doing their homework. Totally unsatisfactory response.

Ordered 8 footlong subs in app and requested it cut in 3 pieces. They did a good job packaging it separately and honoring my request!!
Mostly always opens late, after 8am. Staff very unfriendly, never says hi or goodmorning.
One of the best subway store in Honolulu. So fresh & delicious sandwiches!!!

I've been to Subways in 4 continents, 5 states, and 9 countries. This location was by far the worst. Run down, barely greeted when I walk in(only customer there). The food didn't look very fresh. The pastrami was rubbery. And to top it off, the person I ordered a meatball sandwich got sick from it. To sum it up, it was the worst Subway I've ever been to. Hugely disappointing.
Absolutely terrible service. Told me the food was ready, but wasn’t finished until 35 minutes after it was saying ready online. The service was slow and nonchalant. Need better workers who actually care to do the job instead of just sitting around. Everyone behind me had the same probably and it’s not even the first time this has happened here.
Buy one get one free! I got the beast and threw the elite chicken bacon sandwich inside the beast! What a wonderful

We've relied on Subway before for a small, important gathering. Years ago, we had visitors from Japan visit Church of the Crossroads. Mom made the last-minute decision to provide a simple, light, satisfying lunch for church members and friends. Subway delivered as Mom had envisioned.Now again, we call upon Subway to help deliver a satisfying light lunch for gathering participants. This time once again, our visitors are our Japanese guests from the Tohoku (northeastern Japan) and the U.S. mainland.Once more, we are counting on Subway delivering.
