Poor service. I entered an order on the app. Immediately I discovered I put in the wrong location.
Their app doesn't allow you to cancel the order--even immediately after submitting.
I called this location to try to cancel. They did not pick up the phone even though the supervisor was there not working on anything urgent. Called 4 times to get a hold of someone.
When I asked to speak to the supervisor. The coward refused to talk to me.
Despicable customer service all-around. I will never spend my money here ever again.

I go here very often, and I have no problems with it. Workers are nice and the place is clean.
Ordered 10 sandwiches. They made it one at a time, which took over half an hour to do.

Worker was relatively nice, food was terrible. Ordered a footlong sandwich and it was the smallest, thinnest footlong I've ever received from a subway. The bread was stale, and they messed up my order--I asked for all veggies except jalepeno and when i was eating my sandwich I bit into jalepeno to open it up, and it was basically all olives & jalepenos...very disappointed in this location because I normally love subway sandwiches :(

Very bad attitude.

Probably the one of the rudest workers I have ever dealt with. Young girl had an attitude the whole time and was overall just rude not only to customers but her other coworkers. Disappointing
Worst experience ever (01/25/2022 @ 10:20am for reference)! Don’t go here unless you’re prepared to receive verbal abuse! I was there about 30-40 minutes! I ordered online and when I arrived my order had been given to someone else. I asked if they could make it again but they made me wait outside until they finished serving 5 other people. I had to demand they give me my order since I had already paid for it online. One customer asked the girl nicely if she could make my order first since I had been waiting so long but she refused. I called my husband and asked what he thought I should do since I was being refused service. He called them in hopes to help me but I’m hindsight maybe that wasn’t the greatest idea. She began to yell at him on the phone and yelling at me and swearing. The customer that was there left the store. I had to stop talking to her cause talking wasn’t getting me anywhere. She even asked if I wanted to make my own sandwich!!!! Eventually she made the sandwich and I left crying. It was so stressful. I understand maybe she was having a bad day but not once did I yell at her or be rude. I went in expecting to be respected not verbally abused. I don’t know if I will ever go to that location again. Love subway but that was the worst service I have EVER received and was completely uncalled for.

Worse Subway on island!WARNING!DO NOT EVEN ORDER ONLINE HERE!!!My wife ordered online here and they had given her food to someone else. They told her to wait until all the other orders were finished until they addressed her order. SHE WAITED OVER 30 MINUTES for a app pickup order. They were so rude and “threatened” to pull up the camera footage on her to show her someone else had taken her order.
I walked in and said "Hi" with a friendly tone. The girl behind the counter said "Hi" with an unfriendly tone and looked at me with a face that said "Why are you here?" She then walked away and went to the back area without saying a word and proceeded to start to empty lettuce. I was the only customer in the store and no ongoing sandwich prep was being done. I felt completed disrespected and disregarded as a person and turned around and left. All I want is basic respect: "Hi, what can I get you?" Or even "Hi, I will be right back" or maybe "Hi, let me finish in the back and I'll be right back." But no, I'm just supposed to stand there, only customer in the store, and be treated as if I'm an inconvenience and as if I don't deserve basic respect. You can do so much better.
employer is not wearing mask. and quality of restaurant is poor.. looks like employ's friends hanging over in the store.. owner need to take care store.
