When I come to Subway I expect some meat on the damn sandwich. I hate to say ya'll racist but everyone else sandwich stacked with meat yet I'm a very loyal customer to this store and have lived here for 5 years. Somedays ya'll suck, quit fcking playing with me!

for the price of food these days, you better make it good.... heck, just make it edible!went in this store today. Cold cut combo. pretty easy stuff.BUT, the lettuce they tried to pass off to me was SLIMY/ROTTEN!!!DISGUSTING! I'm done.

Worker was relatively nice, food was terrible. Ordered a footlong sandwich and it was the smallest, thinnest footlong I've ever received from a subway. The bread was stale, and they messed up my order--I asked for all veggies except jalepeno and when i was eating my sandwich I bit into jalepeno to open it up, and it was basically all olives & jalepenos...very disappointed in this location because I normally love subway sandwiches :(

Horrible experience! The lady called Michelle I'm not sure it's her habit or just to me when she was preparing the food she kept touching all different things surfaces with the gloves on while waiting the sandwich heating up. I just feel very uncomfortable because she kept touching everywhere on the surfaces before putting the veggies which I never saw that before at other subway . I will not go back again.

No issue with the online order/pickup process or taste or worker's service...EXCEPT, when I went in there was one worker (or family member of the worker?) leaving the shop, and the corner of the shop (right side) was sort of .barricaded? And the table in the corner had one of the worker's lunch/personal food on it...and there was a little kid in there. ~2 yrs old or so. It appears that the lone worker who I picked up my order from was stuck with babysitting the ~2yr old in the store somehow. Idk if the first girl who walked out was related, but the worker behind the counter was clearly not the parent of the 2ish old. I get that times are hard and childcare is hard to come by ...but you don't have a toddler with a tantrum roaming a food establishment, especially the kitchen/back room. The babysitting worker told the kid "you can't come in here" as I walked in, although the kid was clearly already in there...sorry but food establishment and health/sanitation wise, I'm not comfortable with someone's kid being around my food or the risk of the worker handling food with the same hands that pick up the kid. Yes, I'm a germaphobe but I'm also a parent and I know how much germs toddlers carry. I can barely stand the germs on my own child. Also food prep areas or even office areas are dangerous for unsupervised toddlers, don't know how you would juggle customers and a terrible two year old safely....I won't be ordering online from here anymore since I don't trust the cleanliness.

SLOWEST subway I've ever been too. It was Friday night, one worker & the worker was moving 5mph.

Overall a great standard Subway - 3.5/5 Ordered through an app for pick up and had no issues unlike the other patrons stated before me. I will say it was 2PM when I picked up my order so I was the only customer at that time. My order was there at the expected time and it was a seamless transaction! Interior - 5/10 Clean and small with a couple chairs and tables for indoor dining. I don't think many people sit at the Subway to eat with Waikiki just a couple streets away! Service - 8/10 Two nice worker helped me with my order. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews about the staff! They happily answered all my questions about the shiny new menu Subway is rolling out (which I pictured below) Food - 5/10 It's Subway sandwich! You know what you're getting when you order here!

Two workers at the location on this day. They were both working very hard and kept their patience the entire time. Even tho there was a LONG line. As we all know, good workers are hard to find. Definitely visit this place again

Very unhelpful when calling in my order. It's like I was bothering her or something and when she didn't want to answer my questions she said I have a line and needed to help the other customers and to call her back when I made up my mind. She didn't realize that I was sitting outside in my car and when I looked inside the store, NO LINE!!!
