The workers clearly don't know how to read or they just don't care. I asked for extra toppings and they didn't do that, they barely gave me any sauce! They also didn't give me my drink that I paid for.

We go here a lot and I've understood sometimes messing up the online order and forgetting somethings but I really can't make an excuse for this time. I opened my sandwich to find that the paper was wrapped into the sandwich and the cheese melted on the way home so when I opened it I literally had to peel paper out of my food. It was soggy and I just didn't want to eat it at that point. The only thing I like about subway is their soup. Besides that the place is pretty dirty, the sandwich's are pretty sloppy and the drinks never have any syrup in them...

If I could, I would give it zero stars. My husband ordered a BLT and they only put bacon. When we explained that a BLT should have had the Lettuce and Tomato, the manager at the time gave us lip about how most people only want Bacon. He then said we should have specified that we wanted Lettuce and Tomato in a BLT. Other than that, I also ordered a Tuna Melt and they gave me a regular tuna sandwich. When I explained this, he refused to give me the cheese, stating that he didn't charge us for the Tuna Melt. I just drove all the way back because he decided to make an executive decision and not add Lettuce and Tomato to a BLT. Please do yourself a favor and demote this guy. The other one tried to explain that it was only a few slices of cheese, but the manager said no. There were other issues with the sandwich, but I would have let it slide if not for this terrible service. Do NOT go to this place again. I tried Subway after years of avoiding it because I wanted to give them another shot with their new menu, but it is still a terrible franchise. Shop local and go to a local sandwich store.

This Subway is a Subway.... I have nothing bad to say. It's like every other location where it's busiest at lunchtime. It's best to order through the app to avoid standing in line. Plus, there's always BOGO deals in the app that you can't get when ordering in person. This location is clean. No dining in allowed due to Covid since this is a small space. The employees here are efficient. So... Go to Subway if you want a sub. Simple as that.
