I work in the building so I come here too many times, too many times in fact that the workers know me. I greatly appreciate the time and work the employees make to keep the place clean and their customer service is on point all the time. They're soo quick and are always soo friendly, the food is always fresh. I always go after one because there's a line during lunch time, but the wait isn't that bad. Give this place a try for quick service served with a smile.

Silly employees who don’t under English and can’t tell between the colors white black and brown, female told me the location was in a brown bldg across aloha tower when in fact it was black and white she tried to make me a veggie pattie sandwich when I order a veggie delite!Vegetarian options: Well the same sandwich was $4 cheaper than discovery bay location which charged me $12.03

Tried to get gift cards but the employee was clearly incompetent. Made me pay for my soup separate from the gift card. Then spent over 5 minutes trying to get $50 of gift cards but she kept charging me $100, $150, and even $200. The line behind me was growing and I said forget it and I left. I can buy them at Longs. This is why I am against $15/hr minimum wage.

Everyone is always nice here, but they act like their job is a big inconvenience when someone shows up when there's no line. I get breakfast sandwiches here sometimes and half the time nobody is up front at 7:30am (opens at 7) and I end up leaving.

This place was empty in early in the morning around 10:30 came here to get a footlong sub. Service was very quick and good. Kinda sad they didn't have buffalo sauce and as well a buffalo chicken on there menu like 99% of the other subways I've been to. Also the place was pretty clean and quit for been in HPU campus. Will defiantly be back.

Nice place, nice staff. Clean good. My complaint is that only recently in the last 2 weeks has my subway store been out of product every day. Last week it was onions. This week its fresh lettuce and spinach. (The lettuce is a 2 out of 5 in freshness today.) The store rep statement is that the distributor did not order these items. Well, I've been a consistent customer bfast and lunch and this is unacceptable. And this is my first time to ever make a complaint at a Subway. The store is at 700 Bishop street. Nov 30, 2016.

Simply put, lousy Subway. This location is inside Tapa Tower along Nimitz, so it's convenient. The lobby has many dining options, but I just wanted something simple and cheap. This location always has a long line at lunch time, probably only for those two reasons. The staff was slow and inattentive. Vegetables were soggy, especially the tomatoes. The bread was stale or over-baked, I couldn't tell which. I had to repeat myself a few times to get my simple order correct. Go somewhere else.
