Excellent service. Tanya(sp) manager always give the best service! She offers more oil packages than the pearl ridge manager. Thats why I like to come back again and again for the yummy sub sandwich and the excellent service from all employees here

I just called subway just now to see if they expect the coupons and then they hung up on me I’m very disappointed! They need more customer service

This is one of these times that you should’ve trusted you got and walked right back out the door which one I did while I was there. The overwhelming smell of bleach when you walked in and they were cleaning the dining room at 4 o’clock when they don’t close for another 3 1/2 hours, just a cost you with the chemical smellI chose the subway because Google maps showed they had 699 foot-long sandwiches but that’s just to get in the door. They don’t honor that. They can’t even listen to your order and get it correct just overall just pick a different location.

It was a normal subway, everything is normal except that they don’t give water. You either have to pay for a bottle of water or a fountain cup drink.

I literally stood in silence in front of the counter for 3 minutes and not a single employee acknowledged my presence or bothered to start my order. I get it, you all have things you need to do but at the very least you could say “Sorry we’ll get to you in a moment”. The girl who did finally take my order gave me the blankest-deadest-RBF stare. It was very clear that she wanted me out of there asap.

I did an online order. It doesn’t let you stack gift cards, which I get, but it’s annoying Subway is getting so insanely expensive for extremely mid food. Plus their promos weren’t working on the app at all. Must be disabled for the location. My sandwich was horribly dispersed so one side was all chicken (no veggies/dressing/cheese) and everything else was on the other side. That sucked. Not to mention they didn’t even include the chips I paid for (out of pocket because of the no stacking gift cards). Won’t order from this location again. I wouldn’t order Subway at all, but I can’t just not use my gift cards.

My usual order was all wrong! Bread not toasted, did not have all add ons, very disappointed. I usually go there twice a month and order 2 -4 footlongs at a time.

I just left there after I picked up an online order and I ordered Philly cheese steak, the whole point of the name is because it's got cheese in it. Well what a surprise I open my sandwich and all I see is mayo green veggies and steak with NO CHEESE. I tried calling 5 times no answer and there is 3 people working and I just left and no one could pick up the phone.?♀️

We always order online & have it delivered. They ALWAYS forget our chips. You see the order, make the sandwiches but ignore the part of the order for chips? EVERY TIME? How do we get what we order?
