Ordered from the app - used a 50% off coupon for a philly cheesesteak footlong sandwich. When I got there a six inch sub was waiting for me with my name on it. Let them know about the error and she said based on the price she only made a six inch. I waited for the other six inch sandwich and left with the footlong. I'd go into more detail about the sandwich itself but all I can say is it was very poorly made with skimped on ingredients. Save yourself from this location and go to either location in Kahala. Much better service and quality product.

I've hit this Subway restaurant a bunch of times before coming to the realization that online ordering is the thing to do. Downloaded the app and it was so much better!Wiry that said, my experiences at this Subway restaurant was good as always. The staff here was very friendly, and due to me realizing that the mobile app was just the best ever, they got to know me more because I got to pick up my order as soon as they make it. Sometimes I will walk in and they would be in the process of making it and they knew it was me because I told him mobile order and then they will be like oh we're making it now. My SUBWAY® Experience usually lasts about five minutes when entering and exiting the store with my purchase, made through the mobile app. Previously before having the mobile app, it would take me about 10 to 15 minutes from ordering the sandwich to pay. But not anymore. The mobile app is pretty awesome and for any subway sandwich junkie. It is a must have for real. My usual favorites are tuna, turkey, ham, and spicy Italian. On any given day is usually my go to sandwiches protein of choice. The prices here have shot up and recent years because of the COVID-19 inspired inflation that precipitated since. I remember a sandwich cost up to $10 before 2020, but now it can range from $11 to $15 just for a classic footlong sub. The only thing about it is every Subway location is different because it is franchise owned. My SUBWAY® experience here at this Aina Haina location was quite smooth and very casual. I normally key in my order through the mobile app and maybe 15 minutes later it will be ready for pick up. I will just walk in and they would usually recognize me almost immediately, because I would come in at a certain time of day, and they will have it for me.The overall experience here at this Aina Haina shopping center Subway restaurant was as good it can be. Before the mobile app, I would spend about 4 minutes deciding what I wanted before saying what I wanted and then they would make it for me. The service was good at the time. With the mobile app, I just place my order on the app. Then walk in 10 minutes later and usually it would be already wrapped and ready for pick up. They're that awesome and fast! I usually come to this Subway restaurant location on the weekends most of the time, usually late afternoons, so the crew working at the time already knows me. I enjoy the smooth and quick transition of the mobile ordering system. I usually don't order drinks here at Subway, since I prefer the ice teas at Starbucks. The restaurant is clean and very much modeled like all of the Subway franchises out there nationwide. For the most part though, Subway is great. While Subway is the quintessential anti-fast food restaurant that advocates fresh and delivers on deliciousness, I've come to appreciate their offerings because I am currently on a mission to lose weight in between traveling. Having Subway's sandwiches for every meal is working and I know I can get a fresh and healthy meal here at Subway. While there are options that are not so healthy here, like the spicy Italian or the meatball, you have a choice and it's always about options. And obviously, you'd get in your vegetable servings when you have a foot long sub. All the other add ons is purely up to you. And so, while Subway is there for you and your health, there's offerings here that can really break that, depending on how much fatty protein you stack on it and how much cheese you do. But I ain't judging, do what works for you.This Subway restaurant is located at the Aina Haina shopping center. Its physical address is 850 West Hind Drive in East Oahu, about a mile and a half from Kahala Mall. They accept major credit cards as well as cash. They also have the mobile app which you'd need to either scan/pay for your order or just pay with your credit on file in the app, so you can walk in and out with your order without any additional time waiting for your order to be processed. Went to Subway today and ordered 3 sandwiches - $36 for them and the lady that made them hardly put anything in them. Felt rushed as well and she did not seem to care about making a decent sandwich and wanted to hurry it up with each ingredient and put as little on possible in and saying "next" all the time. Hardly any cheese at all and very very skimpy on the rest of the ingredients. Will go to one of the many other Subways that actually give you a regular sized sandwich. We have been getting sandwiches there for years and have never had a complaint because they gave you enough. They never participate in any advertised deals or redeem any coupons. Don't blame the supply chain when you're conducting poor customer service business practices. Don't go there!!!

Customer service is severely lacking at this location and be careful when paying with a credit card, they somehow add an extra 20% tip to the transaction without telling you. I caught it on my receipt and questioned the worker. He said there was a prompt to opt out but that wasn’t true, only the total was displayed and prompted on the screen. I’ve used several similar cc terminals and they all have tip options, this one didn’t for some reason…I like tipping when workers have decent service and etiquette, but this guy was none of the above.Check your receipt at this Subway location.

Extremely rude customer service.please don't go there if you don't want to be mistreated by the owner and the staff. I had multiple experiences there at this point , I went back hoping that I am gonna meet a different staff. But I came to know that the lady was the owner. Subway should look into this franchise, they never redeem and coupon you have received in your email. Overall disappointed experience

I order on the app for pick up to beat the wait. Today, one of my sandwiches was the Mozza meat sub. It's a sub that includes ham, capicola, and mozzarella. The app lists the mozzarella as a protein and doesn't give an option to add or change the cheese. It's a mozzarella sandwich! Well we got home and I realized they didn't add the mozzarella. The print out lists all the veggies but did not list the cheese since the sandwich itself is supposed to include mozzarella. IT IS A MOZZARELLA meat sub! So I called to ask what happened and she kept saying I was wrong because I didn't add cheese on the app. When I tried to explain that the mozzarella is included as a protein she didn't understand and kept implying that it was my fault for not putting special instructions to include mozzarella. I'm sorry... do you order a BLT and put special instructions to include bacon? I don't understand the lack of common sense and customer service. I included a screenshot of the app. It literally lists mozzarella as a protein but apparently the workers don't take the time to learn the sandwiches they sell.

WORST experience at any subway I've been too! TERRIBLE customer service! When I arrived at subway it was busy and I waited in a line about 10 min long that I was happy to wait through. When I was next in line the lady asked me to wait so she could do a phone order I happily said okay and a minute later a guy from the back came to start my sandwiches. We were at sauces I asked for mayo and honey mustard on my sandwich and he mistakingly put mustard. The lady working with him said to him she asked for honey mustard not mustard. Looking over the mistake I just asked him if he could please add honey mustard. He didn't offer to remake my sandwich or apologize, but I still was okay with the situation seeing that they were busy, I didn't want to make their day harder for them. I continue building my sandwich when he aggressively tells me "talk louder I can't hear you" I started to get a little annoyed seeing that he already messed up on my sandwich and I was trying to be nice about it. I then paid for my sandwiches and got 2 drinks, and when I was walking out the door i accidentally dropped my drink and spilled it all over the floor. I started grabbing napkins to clean the floor and started wiping up my mess. Another customer brought it to the workers attention that I had spilled, the lady (I'm pretty sure she's the owner) yells at me "leave it already your wasting napkins" I understand I was using a lot of napkins but I was just trying to help and a nice "you can leave it we will clean it would've been fine" Overall I understand it was busy, I work in the service industry, so I'm very understanding about these things, but the whole time I was very polite and kind and I received the exact opposite. Plain and simple never coming back again

Very very bad service. Little boy making my sandwhich would not stop talking to his coworker. Who also looked tired of him. Was in a hurry and it took 20 minutes to get a single sandwhich. Was also talking about strange things. Would not come back here…

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!! they're beyond rude. I live in the area & it sucks when i crave subway but i absolutely hate coming to this location. the owner is a korean lady & she has no interest in helping any costumers. She is always in a rush & she's really mean. she talks to you as if she's d**** all the workers there are really rude. i ordered a sub & when i was ready to pay, i asked to order two cookies & if i could get them heated up for a little. she giggled under her mask & said "uh yeah i guess". the korean owner had just put in her OWN food to microwave so the co workers looked back & said to me "the microwave is being in use right now, you're gonna have to wait 7 minutes". so i told her never mind ill do it at home. For some reason she decided to take her time in packing my food while i had already put my payment of cash in front of the register. She took a while to give me back my change too, maybe she thought she was getting a tip? yup... no!! worst subway ever. they need a new manager & a whole new staff.

Terrible service! Do not recommend anyone going to this location. I asked for more cucumber on my sandwich and the worker made a mad face and said that they only allow 3 slices for the 6 inch sub…. I told her that that’s the first I heard about any Subway stores limiting the toppings. She ended up giving me 2 more slices of cucumber?but she kept grumbling about it. Just the way she was bossing around other workers made me ask if she was the owner and she said yes….I told her that her device is terrible and I don’t think I will return to this location. She said that’s fine no come back? I love Subway and I wish they have better control over the franchise owners?
