We almost didn’t come due to the negative reviews; however, our experience was amazing. Our son got the Flaming Hot Cheetos burger, we got a grilled salmon salad, and the vodka penne pasta. All of the meals were excellent. We will be back. It’s a totally fun place with great food, and service.

We were the only people for a little while, and still waited 10-15 minutes for an average sundae, which came out without 2 of the toppings. The wait staff rectified this for us, but not the experience we were expecting. The cocktail was good and can't fault the wait staff themselves.
Loved that there was no wait. The rush came after. There is a camera guy when you 1st walk in who'll take a pic of your party &ask if you'd like to purchase. The ambiance is so cute, very asthetic!❤️
The food, however, is the downfall. The hype was too real. Maybe change the chef? Burgers had no flavor. Bought the Waygu: no flavor, nothing special, tasted like a normal burger -- for almost $30! The regular burger: My son didn't eat it cause it was flavorless and he is a burger boy.
All the fries were OVER SALTED, and none of us could eat it ? the loaded fries ($15), could've used more sour cream, less salt.
Both pastas were really bland & tomatoes used taste sour. The bread used on my pastas was hard AF, literally could've cracked my teeth, and we ended up not eating that either.
The pasta alfredo ($18) didn't come w meat, so my cousin added chicken (+$6), where the pesto alfredo had chiken ($22).
My aunt said the birra tacos were super spicy, barely touched her food. The beans: dry. Spanish rice: no flavor.
The milkshakes: bomb! The toppings: NOT. It was like previously frozen, they could've made it the day before? None of us ate the toppings. Very much for the overpriced looks?
Definitely not coming here for the food again?
The server was alright, the water comes in a vase looking thing, but literally only fills up 2 glasses/1x. After we paid, she didn't fill it up again, and we were still thirsty?

Yesterday, we hosted a birthday lunch party for our 9-year-old daughter with 13 of her friends. The clear favorites were the milkshakes (vanilla, chocolate, strawberry) and the chicken and (mochi) waffles from the pre-ordered menu we coordinated with a manager via email. Other items included an omelet, bruschetta, breakfast potatoes and french toast. The kids ”drank” the shake with the spiral lollipop like a honey dipper. Lots of requests for extra lollipops, which the staff graciously provided. The King Kong Sundae was epic with the sparkling birthday candle, drawing delighted shrieks from the girls for both the size and drama of the dessert. The staff provided a birthday song and dance. Chef Marck came out of the kitchen to check on us and the girls gave him a big “Thank you, Chef Marck!” cheer. The Sugar Factory photographer took photos of our group and we purchased some matte-framed prints. Overall, we were pleased with the experience and our daughter and her friends thoroughly enjoyed themselves. A few areas could be improved to enhance the guest experience, but they were not related to the kitchen. The food was the best part!

The place was clean, cute and the service was good, but the food however, awful. My daughter had the birra tacos and my friend had the margarita pizza, neither of them liked their meals. I had a chicken sandwich which the chicken was extra dry and tough.. I also ordered the mimosa flight and only took a sip out of 2 of the 3 and the 3rd was alright.
Picture opportunities were cute tho ??♀️

Honestly I was scared to even try this place after bad reviews but I’m glad we went. The restaurant is CUTE. Very aesthetically pleasing. My drink was delicious. My server, Athena, was awesome. And( I didn’t even realize) but we were the last people in there probably after closing. I felt terrible but I obviously never felt rushed. The food is… okay. Menu is cool but the food is just okay! But I feel like you don’t come to this restaurant for the food. Everything came out quickly and was cooked how we liked it. Drink was great. Atmosphere- great. I would ignore the bad reviews and give this place a real chance. It’s super cute and all restaurants go through a growing phase in the begging!

Only came to this place because my kids saw it on tiktok and wanted to try it. By far this is the worst restaurant food I've ever tasted. The dough on the onion rings were thick and hard and was fried to a point of dark brown. The meat on the buffalo chicken sandwich was tough and dry. Took only 2 bites and didn't finish it. The hamburger patties were also dry and with no flavors at all. Then the fish and chip was overly fried to a dark brown color again. The fish sticks seems like it came from a packaged frozen bag. Only good part of the food there was their french fries. Our server was wonderful. He was very professional and accommodating. Lastly, there were flies flying around while we were dining. I don't think this place will be around much longer if it keeps serving food like this.

Not bad. Reminds me of Friday's in the old days just set for today's youth. Service is hard as they don't have a lot of servers so I feel bad the the workers as they need to cover so many things. It seems that's how they run as a wholes Food seemed like it was made by young people not real cooks or professionals. Food took a long time and looked nice and fun. But Taste is not there... Would like to see this place succeed but if it continues this way the hype will dye out quickly.
Went for dessert. Clean, nice ambiance photo worthy. Hot cocoa was ordinary, strawberry shake with cotton candy and donut was a photo treat, and classic sundae was served partially melted. Interested in ordering sparkley steamy drinks next time

Our server was amazing he made sure we had everything we needed. When we walked in to the hostels didn't seem to wanna do their job or it was too much for them. The food was okay a little pricey. However the drinks were strong and amazing.
Food was pretty gross. We ordered chicken tenders and fries for my son and the chicken came out still frozen in the middle. I ordered the salad and it was DRENCHED in dressing, I had to pour it out onto a different plate. We ordered the banana split for dessert. It took 20mins and when the server brought it to us, the ice cream was melting out of the bowl because it had clearly been sitting out for a while. Would not go back, do not recommend.
The entire experience was neat for my daughter... and our server was friendly and attentive. But... we ordered the KOBE BURGER w FRIES, & FISH N CHIPS. both came w STALE FRIES, as if it was REFRIED to reheat. when we mentioned it to the server, she apologized and said she will bring out a BASKET OF FRESH FRIES for us. And when that came, it was fresh and hot and great! What is sad is WHY WOULD THEY SERVE STALE FRIES IN THE FIRST PLACE? This is not a cheap restaurant, and obviously they want it to succeed. But the fact that they cannot get something as simple as FRIES right is extremely disappointing.
They are going through a menu change, so a lot of the stuff we had in mind to order, like the rainbow sliders, were not available. Other than that, we enjoyed ourselves. There was a photographer who went around and took your picture, then you could buy the photographs.
I was very disappointed with my visit at Sugar factory. The food was not good. I ordered the chicken tacos and when I asked to have American cheese put on the tacos, the cooks in the kitchen refuse to give my waiter cheese to put on the tacos. They stated that they did not have American cheese, even though My Husband had ordered a quesadilla that had plenty of American cheese in it. My waiter Jett was amazing. He was the only positive experience that we had at Sugar factory. Our waiter was very apologetic and understanding, and I love the service we received from him, but I absolutely will not be returning to Sugar factory after this experience.
