This is based on two visits. First visit was great, a weekday visit, food and service was good. 2nd visit was a mess, food was terribly timed, you can tell the hot food waited for other elements, out of there people, the last order, which was a side, came out over 10 minutes from the first plate. Service was snide, I guess to be expected from such a place. We will try one more time.
We came to the Sugar Factory at Ala Moana on a Sunday night after doing some back to school shopping and had an awesome experience. Athena was our server and she was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was great, our daughters goblet drink was fun and over the top in the best way, (I think it was the West Coaster) and the whole atmosphere was fun and family friendly. We had a great time and will definitely be coming back again.
