They are located in City Square in kapalama. You get a lot for your money over there. And it is counter service and you sit and eat at a table there is no service. This is a local landmark. I will be back. Good bang for your buck. Thank you Wes from Hawaii. Mililani Hawaii 2025

One of the best Garlic Chicken places!!! You can order to go or there’s an eating area that has open seating tables and cleaning wipes so you can clean up afterwards. The staff is friendly and service is fast. I love this place!

Used to be my fav Garlic Chix place until a few days ago. Ordered 2 mini GC/Teri Beef Bentos but the 2 small pieces of chix was missing a lot of flavor and seemed like it was reheated/fried and the Teri Beef slice was just ok. And the rice didn't seem fresh. Maybe it was just a bad day...even the cashier

Hands down probably one of my favorite spots to get plate lunches from when I'm in town area. Their food choices are great and so are the people working there. Takes a little long but that place is always busy from time to time but it's worth it. My wife always orders her usual Pork chops with gravy all over while I always stick to their garlic chicken plate. Parking is a hit or miss due to other restaurants and shops around but other than the parking and a little wait time this place is a must check.

Still think they have the best garlic chicken. I normally don’t order anything else on their menu except for the garlic chicken regular plate. The plate is a bit pricey, but definitely worth it and the portions are pretty big. The skin is so crispy and the garlic is out of this world.
Lots of parking near other establishments. Lots of table to dine on and the restrooms are located in a hallway a few stores down to the left side if you’re facing Sugoi’s front doors.

Sugoi's is my go to everytime I come back home to Hawaii. Ive been eating there since they first opened. I think in 2000 & just 3 of them worked in that place. Im obsessed with thier Garlic chicken. Since moving from Hawaii Ive lived all across America from East coast to the west coast, north & south and im always trying any garlic chicken I come across on the mainland in hopes ill find something that comes close. Nothing compares! The other plates are good also but that chicken has me ording just that every single time i walk in those doors!! I'm glad to see they're still open & how much they've grown yet kept the food the same. So ONO🤙🏽definitely a 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Been coming here to this Kalihi gem for years, iykyk🤙Known for their Massive plate lunches, thus the Japanese name "Sugoi"🤙Located in the City Square Shopping Center, this place is known for their Garlic Fried Chicken, Hamburger Steak and customizable bentos. Prices are a bit high but you always get what you pay for.
Daily specials are deals too. Mini plates these days are perfect for a weekday lunch. If youre hungry for a local style plate lunch that will fill you up, this is the place🤙 5 stars
