People here are kind of rude. Dude had a mask on and was talking behind the counter but it was so loud and you couldn't even hear him so we had to ask him to repeat. And when he repeated himself he got more and more angry but we couldn't read his lips (or his mind) so all we heard was muffled barks and all we saw were a pair of dagger eyes. Food was okay, i remember it being a lot better like 20 years ago. All in all, its just an okay spot to eat. Good to try, Just don't expect nice treatment or excellent food here.

Food came out fast. I ordered a the Tuesday value item, which was the large bento for $16something. Went home and my credit alerted me that i was charged $18.28, which was regular priced and not what was listed on the menu. Food was ok, the chicken was soggy but the flavor was good, it also came with a hotdog and teri beef which were ok. With this experience I will probably not be back again and would not recommend. Check your charges and receipt before you leave.

We had a really good experience at Sugoi. We shared a garlic chicken bento box and a side of Mac salad. The garlic chicken and Mac salad were the stars of the show. The teri beef that came with it was average at best. The hotdog was a hotdog but solid. Would just get the garlic chicken plate lunch next time! Definitely would go back.

Really good plate lunch. My favorite is the garlic ahi or the garlic chicken bento. Usually really busy bit super delicious food. It doesnt disappoint. They have daily specials too.

The best gravy ever. Gravy all over!!! I guess there is a minimum character count. So I ordered the Loco mock again. My kids loved it, especially with extra extra gravy!!

I love Sugois no doubt! I have not been to the restaurant for a while, usually, we go a couple of times a month and my wife or son will go and pick up to take home. I stopped into the shop yesterday and was surprised at how run down the place looks. The staff is always the best and the food is really good, I have to say though the mac salad has changed and is not as good as it was (reminds me of Zippys salad) is way less than pre covid but expected.

First time trying Sugoi. We ordered takeout for our work event. If you have lots of orders, it's best to order two days in advance. I just want to say their customer service is awesome! We had very last-minute orders and they were able to accommodate. During peak hours it does get busy, while we were waiting for our lunches to be packed in a box for us, a good amount of people started coming in. They do take online orders so to avoid the wait, I do suggest that. They also have different specials each day. We ordered on a Friday and it was Yakisoba with a choice of protein. Portion wise is good for the prices. I ordered a mini garlic chicken and I had leftovers. There are so many things to choose from! I say give this place a try.
