Hated my brown sugar Boba drink.Too confusing to order and understand the options. Nice bright roomy place to sit but the tables tilt if you lean even a bit.

If you’re looking for those super fluffy Japanese souffle pancakes, this is the place to get ‘em. Aside from the pancakes, which are delicious on their own, they have creative toppings like Biscoff and Crème Brûlée and Brown Sugar Boba - those sauces will have you licking the wax off the plates lol.I also appreciate how you can order the drinks at varying degrees of added sweetness - for smoothies 25% is about right for me. They’re always coming up with new and seasonal flavors for the drinks as well - you’ll have a hard time deciding between a tea, milk tea, smoothie or milk shake.Parking is plentiful in the area; closest garage would be the Hmart one and you can get validation with a purchase in the market. On Sundays, street parking is free and the area is pretty safe during the day - just don’t go into the bathrooms at the park nearby.

Been here 3 times and they never have boba ... and they have charged me twice for the same drink but at different prices so I'm confused as to what the price for a milk tea actually is. Sadly I will not go again.

Their Peach Oolong Tea and Mango Smoogurt are my favorite. It is a little pricy but their ingredients are fresh and high quality.I prefer getting my smoothies with cheese foam from cow cows but this is my favorite location for the items mentioned above and quality tea.

Never come back to this place again, made two online orders, the first time I ordered the camellia oolong tea, after 10 mins later the employee called said they ran out of the camellia, okay I will change to another drink. And second time again I ordered the camellia oolong tea cause I really like to try it out, and the order placed successfully, later when I got to the store, again the employee said they sold out the camellia. It started pissing me off after I hear that, why would you post some thing that's sold out online at the first place? Okay so I decided to cancel the order, and the employee claimed that he can't cancel my order, because they don't have the right to cancel the order. Okay I understand that some owners does not grant there employee right to cancel or refund. So then, I asked him to call the owner to cancel the order, but he said he does not have his boss's phone number! I mean, as an employee, you don't have your boss's phone number???! ( I'm pretty sure he do he just don't want to call). So there is really nothing I can do I just pick a random one on the menu. At this point I already decided I will never come back to this place again. And the surprise they left to me which made me writing this comment is that there is some dirty stuff on the bottom of the drink, not sure if it came from the tea or the lychee jelly. It's a really ridiculous and horrible experience I ever had whether from the employees attitudes and the drink.

This is my second review of Sun Tea Mix. Good milk tea In Kakaako. Try classic milk tea.

It's been awhile since I've come here but it's just as cute as I remember. Wait time was quick, drink was refreshing! I think the prices are fair for what you're getting but it's on the high side. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area and need something to beat the heat. Tons of fruit in my drink.

I LOVE it!!! Very creative menu. It feels like you entered in another universe there. I love cheese foam and creamy boba drinks. It is in beautiful Kakaako area. You can sit outside or inside. It is very cute. My only complain is that some drinks are too sweet even with 0% additional sugar. My suggestion is to add more interesting drinks and tastes that can be very low in sugar too. Great job! Mahalo!

Decided to grab some boba drinks while we waited for a friend to finish a meeting. Such a cute little place! The drinks were delicious, but mostly importantly - souffle pancakes! I've been wanting to try these and was so excited to see them on the menu. They did not disappoint! We shared a creme brulee souffle and it was perfection. Light, airy, creamy, sweet. Yum!!! We'll definitely be back here when we visit again.

Got a Strawberry Smoogurt late afternoon! It was refreshing for such a hot day. It was around $7.50 before tax. Got it 50% sweet and it was still pretty sweet. The drink was a little difficult to mix, lots of sips were straight mouth fulls of yogurt haha They have 1 hr validated parking at the h mart parking lot availble

3.7/5 Service here is quick, but most of the drinks are alright at best. I got the peach smoothie which was actually really good, but my cousins had gotten milk teas that were very mid. Good for fruit drinks, but maybe not milk drinks. Would try again though!

Boba is too soft. Drink too sweet at 25%. Do 0% next time. Too much syrup in mango and strawberry tea
