The food is good! The kiosk or server didn't work right. We ended up missing orders and not getting all what we ordered. We had to keep flagging the waitress down to ask for refills. A bit of a hassle!

Food are great. However, waiters and the front desk people seem like they hated the customers. do not feel welcome here. I’m paying for the food and tips and got treated like they did me a favor for letting me in and bringing me food. hopefully yall could train yall staff better

updates- my wife and i gave it another chance and came back. the service is definitely getting better. we’ll come back in the future for sure.

The reason I gave bad overall ratings is because of hygiene standards. The waitress were eager to replace the grill pans, but one of the pans actually contained a piece of metal scraps, likely falling from metal scrubber used to clean pans. I pointed out the fact and showed them the metal piece. They just said sorry without doing anything substantial. The second waitress just took away the plate with the metal piece like nothing happened. I hope the restaurant can contact me and...
