Unreasonable wait times, been here for a week and every single day, no matter what time we got here, we had to wait for 30 to 40+min to just get seated and another 40+ min to get food...! This is breakfast with standard menu - fruit plate, scrambled eggs, pancakes, juice, coffee, etc... nothing fancy. The front desk area where you check in was overwhelmed to even take your name... Even though they are supposed to seat you till 10:30am, they would stop taking people by 9:50am (see photo). Food was Ok, basically a diner. Seating outside was good, but cabanas were not good - closed drapes and hot inside, other open tables had nice ocean view.
The food is very good. The location is amazing and the view beautiful. What brings down the rating is the wait. We have been breakfasting here for a week and every time the wait has been around 45 min to get seated and another 30-45 min to get the food. We would have rather enjoyed our beach time. Why not bring back breakfast buffet for hotel guests and allow for faster service?

We visited this place and waited in a long line, only to be told when we were nearly at the front that they could not serve people who weren’t hotel guests due to high demand. This was incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of time. They should have communicated this restriction earlier—either through clear signage or online. Better transparency would have saved us the trouble.

Hawaii 20241218 visits It is said to be a popular store in travel magazines. The atmosphere of the hotel is also stylish. I had the standard pancakes. The terrace seats are close to the sandy beach and have a nice view.

I went there for the first time as a family of three just after 8 o'clock on a Friday in mid-December 2024. I was staying at the Sheraton Waikiki next door and wanted to eat breakfast here. The first seats I was shown to were indoors, so I asked for a seat outside with a nice view, and they changed me to a seat outside with a nice view that wasn't exposed to direct sunlight. The view of the ocean and Diamond Head from our seats was amazing. We ordered omelettes, pancakes, and acai balls. Everything was delicious and we shared it. The staff were very friendly and we had a great time. Also Hato and Susume? It was fun to be able to come up close and give Recommend a piece of pancake by handing it to him. Although it was expensive for breakfast at $32 to $34 per person, it was a worthwhile experience and I would definitely use it again.

It is best to order French toast only if you have a strong sweet tooth. I gave up halfway.
I went twice, and the second time it took quite a while to pay, so it's better to go when you have more time 🏝️
If you don't like pigeons, it's best to sit inside.
The sea is shallow, so it's a great location to take your little one with you!

🚾On the 1st floor, men are located near this surf lanai. Women are on the opposite side of the men's toilets, quite far away from the men's restrooms. At first glance, I can't find the toilet It's located at the back of what looks like a guest room.
The food is good and the service is even more amazing. Thank you Stanton for your holiday. This is what a 5 star hotel looks like. 👍🏻

For breakfast, I had pink pancakes, eggs Benedict, and pineapple juice. Everything was absolutely delicious. I was especially impressed with the pineapple juice, which tasted like biting into a whole pineapple. A fat guy who works at the store sometimes comes over and tells me some funny jokes. I didn't understand English very well, but I was able to understand him by his gestures and it made me laugh. Apparently they also sell powdered pink pancakes, so I bought some as a souvenir.
