Phenomenal breakfast with views of Waikiki. There’s a huge selection for breakfast and the staff were super attentive and helpful. We loved that you can sit under umbrellas while you wait for your table, the pink pancakes, presentation, and local dishes.

Skip the line and go to the bar! Eric and Tracy at the bar were wonderful!! Great service, speedy delivery on drinks and food. They were very knowledgeable on the flavors and menu.

This is by far my favorite restaurant in Hawaii. They offer the most amazing breakfast, and that stack of scrumptious pink pancakes is every foodie's dream come true.

I have been counting down the days for the past two years to reunite my taste buds with this delectable plate of food, and I was not disappointed. I savored every last crumb.

I will be dreaming about this breakfast until my next trip to Hawaii. I highly recommend the Surf Lanai restaurant—10 out of 10!

The food is absolutely amazing, and the service is truly exceptional. You have gained a lifelong customer, Surf Lanai. XOXO

We ate here every morning during our stay at the Royal Hawaiian. (Breakfast was included with our stay.). The food is very good. We got to pick one entree from the menu in our included breakfast (the pancakes and the acai bowl were amazing). But what really made the breakfast great was our server Elaine. She was absolutely fantastic — so kind and detail oriented. She remember our (sometimes complicated) orders and got them exactly right. She brings so much joy to her job and made our stay at the Royal Hawaiian so much better!

We walked in early for breakfast and got greeted very kindly. Super amazing service staff. First time ordering their Signature Royal Hawaiian pink pancakes and was not disappointed. Got to try it!

One of our favorite breakfast spots we visited. Our bartenders were phenomenal, although we just ordered coffee 😄. Overall a great experience!

Had our group all meet up to have breakfast only to be told you have to be a patron of the hotel. No mention of any details on the web site. Will not be back here

We were very excited to come and enjoy the pink pancakes and beachside atmosphere but were promptly turned away due to not being hotel guests. Website says nothing about this and we were encouraged by locals to visit. Very disappointing.

Website says you can eat breakfast there and not be required to be a hotel guest. We were told it would be a 10 minute wait, and then turned away because we were not a hotel guest. So sad.

We had breakfast here - it was amazing! My daughter and I got the Pink Palace pancakes and my husband got the works omelette. The food was delicious. Our waiter, Grayson, was very friendly and provided wonderful service. This place is highly recommended!

Went for brunch and wait time was only about ten minutes for two people. Pink pancakes did not disappoint. Smoothies are very good too!

Horrible restaurant and management!!!! The true worst part of our vacation! should not be part of the Royal Hawaiian system. Do not expect to eat breakfast.
