It started off ok until my 5 yr old didn’t like their type of food and wouldn’t let us bring in chicken nuggets for him after spending $250 a day. We needed more shade and they took our umbrella away to give to someone else when there were other shaded areas and don’t be fooled by the happy hour, they make the drinks smaller so it equals more than a pitcher.

Registered client at the hotel Alohilani, 9.10pm on a Saturday night, we asked if we could seat and still order something to eat for dinner, feedback was positive. After a couple minutes waiting, someone asked us (in a non friendly way) what we wanted because the kitchen was about to close. Following the pressure on ordering fast, few minutes after we were informed that the kitchen refused the order and could not offer us any solution. Kitchen is closing at 10pm. This was really not customer oriented. Especially considering the fact we asked first before seating. If the kitchen is closing way too in advance, hours should be updated so clients are not disappointed.

Horrible cocktails, terrible service. We had one sip of our drinks, paid and left immediately. Overpriced too.

We came here for happy hour. It has a great ambience and the service was decent. The food is very good. They have a dj during happy hour and live music in the evening time.

Service was good. Drinks were overpriced. Way too crowded. Hard to find a place to sit. Everyone leaves their towels on their chairs to "hold" them. Granted, this was during the holidays. It would be much better during a lower season.

Tammy the server was amazing !We had a cabana and it was so nice.Loved the acai bowl and was happy to see how big the portions were.Such a lovely space with an infinity pool.
