It started off ok until my 5 yr old didn’t like their type of food and wouldn’t let us bring in chicken nuggets for him after spending $250 a day. We needed more shade and they took our umbrella away to give to someone else when there were other shaded areas and don’t be fooled by the happy hour, they make the drinks smaller so it equals more than a pitcher.
Service was good. Drinks were overpriced. Way too crowded. Hard to find a place to sit. Everyone leaves their towels on their chairs to "hold" them. Granted, this was during the holidays. It would be much better during a lower season.
We ordered champagne by the pool for a birthday celebration. Here, you buy the bottles and no service. They didn't open even one bottle and poured no drinks . The worst bottle service I've ever had. The waitress delivered the bottles.
