15-20 minute drive through line. Too many mistakes while taking order as input correctly on drive through screen. Fruit punch is Pink with no flavor and is water. Cheesy roll up only has 1 ingredient cheese and it’s melted. We got cold cheese that wasn’t cooked. Called several times to contact store to reconcile. No one picks up the phone.

This place sucks. Service is super slow. 45 minutes in the line and had to just not even order . Terrible. Stop hiring people me with absolutely zero work ethic or watch your business die

I used uber at 2:00am and the uber driver was there in minutes and I payed extra for the driver to come strait to me and since it was 2:00am there was no traffic and great timing to my place! After getting the food I was disappointed because there was no sauce! So I said to myself oh well and took a bite and it was super stale and very cold!😳🙄😳I finished the Mexican pizza but I could only finish a half of a taco and threw away the other 2 hard shell tacos and the half to the rubbish can! As for now try and find a pitcher 24 hour Taco Bell or maybe jack in the box…! 🤢🤮🤮🤮 Awesome, Uber is going to refund the whole meal! Thanks Uber eats!

Every single time we order delivery we are missing items. Sometimes even whole meals +. It got to the point that we had to start ordering extra food “just in case”. If they’re out of a specialty or limited time item, the app still lets you order it and instead of letting us know it’s not available and refunding or giving us the chance to choose replacements the restaurant just lets us be surprised at home when we open the bag and I have to file a claim for a refund myself. If the Taco Bell app would give us the ability to choose our delivery location we would choose to order from someplace farther away rather than keep crossing our fingers for this one.

The inside is sketchy and seems like no one wants to help you, and the drive through takes 30 minutes+ so I hope you aren’t in a rush. And on top of that this is a Taco Bell so get ready to have the worst bathroom experience after you’re done eating

After ordering my food I asked for the key to the restroom when the man at the counter went to grab it a young girl in the back came forward and snatched it going into the woman's bathroom before me! I was asked to use the men's! While using the men's my husband saw another employee leave his station in the back to join the girl at the bathroom door to hit then pass her a vape so basically a paying customer couldn't use the bathroom in her designated place because you have employees that care more about vaping (i'm assuming illegally according to she was hiding in the bathroom) then allowing customers to use the rest one not one employee or manager on duty said a word!!!
