Well, they finally invested in some window blinds for the dining area! Big difference in comfort.

I love the food at Taco Bell so whenever I want to have a meal there, I stop off at any one of their locations. Of all the Taco Bells on Oahu, I found the Kalihi/Waikamilo location the best! Service is always quick and courteous. When dining in, it is clean and quiet. The food is excellent, ingredients are fresh and presentation and amount of food is awesome! I also want to extend a great BIG thank you to Rudolph, one of the employees there. He was so kind and took the time to help me correct an error I had made on my online order. I had inadvertently sent it to the wrong restaurant. He patiently help me get it sent to the right place. Thank you much, Rudolph! Keep up the good work, Waikamiko! I think you're the best! JK

I ordered grilled cheese burrito combo, double beef burrito,cheesy roll up and a chicken flatbread. I ate the flatebread last and SO! DISAPPOINTED!!! IT WAS SPOILED!!! Stink! Called the store and asked for Manager, first she didnt want to tell her name and i can tell on the tone of her voice that she dont have a good customer service to handle the call! She was kind a rude and not apologetic at all!

Bunch of workers were talking story and do nothing. Only three hard working staff were actually working.
They didn't even apologies for their mistake. All of them should get fired.
