10pm Drive through Waikamilo: Very fast, 20% order wrong Kaneohe: 30 min to 1 hr (dead serious). 80% order wrong They say to support your community establishments. Not when they screw you 80% of the time AFTER u wait an avg of 45 minutes with 3 people in front of you !!!!! Thanks, but I'll keep going to Waikamilo !!!!!!

Worst taco bell I've ever been to. I live close so it should be convenient but they randomly close against their hours sometimes, especially early at night. Today is 430pm and the drive through is closed, not the first time this has happened. I have a sleeping toddler in the car and drove all the way here almost home...I should have known better, they are the most unreliable drive through I've dealt with.
If they are open, check your food before you drive off bc they will mess up your order time to time too.

They claimed to be open until 1am but I tried to pull into the drive thru at 12:38 and they were already closed. Thats bad service to me, they had another 30 minutes before closing time

We ordered at drive thru and they didn’t even get our order right. We ordered a Canitna Bowl and 3 meals. Never got the cantina bowl and the quesadilla was rolled up so all the filling squeezed out. No regard for presentation and missing food items. Worst drive thru set up as well. Not enough space for in & out traffic

Dining room closed due to staff shortage! Line hasn’t moved and I’ve been sitting here for more than 5 minutes. Recommend more staff of closing down this location!!!! Also it’s not 24hrs like the one on Beretania st which is a major convenience..

This was Tuesday, June 17th 2025,Had asked to use restroom the cashier advise a customer never return key then later as we wait for our order we see worker with key and I'm sure went to use restroom smh.... then yet they had a sign about maintenance 🙄 like really .... restaurants shouldn't be open if no restroom operable to dine in customers

Went to the drive thru, placed my order. It took a while before I got to the window. When I got my order I realized one of my drinks wasn’t what I ordered. The girl at the window. told me everything is in the bag including taco sauce. I guess you don’t have a choice of taco sauce you desire? Over all service could have been better. Food was consistent as other locations. The parking lot has only one entrance and exit. You have to turn around in order to exit. It’s a little difficult if the lot is full. There’s also the cars lined up to use the drive thru.

Been here several times and this place always closes early like 10:30 it literally says on every window till 1am or later everything outside is always broken or needs repair. Tonight even the headsets don’t work???
