Stayed on call for half hour trying to teach someone about my grubhub order. That's just pathetic on both our ends. If your order is missing, don't bother calling because it's too advanced for any of them to pickup a phone.

Dining room was closed and the drive thru was dangerously long that cars were backed onto the busy street. Extremely dangerous and inconsiderate for anyone wanting to eat at this location. Just shows how little regard this location has for its residents and community.

Worst customer service. I’m dissatisfied with my visit today. Cashier name Chanel who took our order wasn’t paying attention and smiling.. I understand that you guys are short of staff but still be nice to your customer. I ordered first before my husband and it was very clear and loud that I want a grande burrito breakfast with steak and 1 hash brown then after me my husband placed his order. Then when we got our order my husband got his, but mine nothing. What am I supposed to eat?? she (chanel) didn’t punch my order. I was so disappointed,. instead I placed my order in the kiosk, then the male crew call my order (steak breakfast burrito was good, but the hash brown was COLD and oily) it seems like it’s been sitting in the warmer for an hour..This taco bell wasn’t that busy so as the drive thru. I don’t understand why their people aren’t nice, poor customer service. It’s better to close the store. I would never come in this location.
