Taco Bell is always good but I just noticed a sign on the window of the store located at the McCully Shopping Center says they are closing down last day September 19th. This is the 2nd one I've seen. The 1st one was the Makiki one on Beretania St

It's the closest TB to my home so I've been there many times. There is no drive-through and only 5 or 6 parking spaces the are frequently full. The staff rarely get orders correct. I drive a couple extra miles now to another location that doesn't have these problems.

Very slow and unfriendly service. Cashier didn't know how to take orders. Workers seemed very scattered.

I'M REALLY SHOCKED TO SEE THAT HAWAII HAD NO WINNERS!!! BUT REGARDLESS TACO BELL IS STILL THE BEST!! MY FIANCE LOVES THEIR CHALUPA & LOVE SOFT TACOS!!! MAHALOS!!!

The grilled chicken chalupas were surprisingly good. The ice tea has a great lemony flavor drive thru was fast and efficient. We got in and out quickly. Service was great they made sure I had everything I needed including sauces and napkins. We don't frequent taco bell often and it was better than we expected for sure

Customer speaks into drive-thru speaker. You repeat order. It’s placed in computer and then is displayed on the screen to the line. Y’all, it’s not difficult. Why is it that you mess up orders routinely? It’s literally the basic fundamentals or reading and placing the blocks in the right hole. The person in the other end of the mic even repeated the order as I said it, yet still messed it up. Please fix yourselves! Two stars. One because you literally provided food and two because you 1/4 of the way got it right. This is being generous. I’d advise the clearly delusional to step it up or move on!
Ordered #6 and got only one chalupa with barely any meat and ingredients. Our chicken quesadilla was basically paper thin w/ no chicken to be found. Crunch wrap supreme didn’t have any meat. Just lettuce and sprinkle of cheese. Just don’t go here :/ terrible experience.

I'm going to have to boycott this taco bell until the dude that can never get an order correct is gone. I'm tired of spending money on things that I do not want, and walking out frustrated when I'm just trying to eat.
