Ordered a Baja blast freeze twice through Uber and each time it wasn't frozen, but other than that the place was great, and I love Taco Bell.

I picked up my order was very disappointed to find the taco shells cold and hard. This is the second time this has happened at this location. I couldn’t eat the food and feel like I wasted my money. The girl at the counter wouldn't speak only pointing to other window after asking twice. Will never be returning here.

After having bad experiences at many other Taco Bell restaurants, I was really happy with this order. Food was perfect, nothing forgotten, all my adjustments were correct, and it tastes great. Despite the fact I came in 30mins before closing, the staff put in the effort to get my order correct and make it well and I appreciate that. The only note I have is the exterior has been renovated, I was hoping it still had the retro vibe, but the new renovations look clean.

This is hands down the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to—and I’ve been to quite a few. The entire place was filthy. I saw cockroaches near the soda machine and what looked like rat droppings by the trash area. The floors were sticky, the counters hadn’t been cleaned, and the air smelled stale and greasy.
The staff seemed completely disorganized and unprofessional. The guy calling out orders was slurring his words and looked visibly out of it, which made the whole situation feel unsafe and gross. My food took forever and came out cold, soggy, and just thrown together without any care. Honestly, I questioned whether it was even safe to eat.
Management clearly doesn’t care about cleanliness, customer service, or basic food safety. If the owner is reading this—shut this location down until you can actually run a decent, sanitary restaurant. It's an embarrassment and a health hazard.
Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else

Gotta love the bell. Tables are usually a mess but food is always good.
Never had a terrible experience but the food is always more mediocre than other taco bell locations, like the bean burrito tastes like a store bought tortilla with canned beans and lacks that extra x factor. The design of this location is also terrible, there's always a crowd of people uncertain of whether they should be waiting in line or just cutting to the front and showing the order they're picking up through the tiny pickup window that someone only checks every five minutes.
