Worst service ever, 3 workers working 12/9/25 11:20pm should be fired . I waited for over 10 mins for someone to take my order, which I had to bother them to even do, all for him to say we ain’t taking orders in person like they couldn’t say that 10 mins ago when I asked who’s taking orders. This tacobell sucks. Few days ago order had missing items. No refund given, nobody picks up the phone. Ordered again from Uber eats. The restaurant took over an hour to have it ready for pick up. When I got it, it was soggy and my baha blast freeze was half way only. Beefy 5 layer was just beans...

WORST TACO BELL EVER. While we were in line 5 people left because they won’t take their order, and we waited at the window for 15 mins and asked the staff 3 times and were rudely ignored with only a look and a hand gesture, not even a verbal acknowledgment. we had to leave as well because they would not greet anyone at the window :(

By far the worst taco bell i've gone to. I've gone numerous times and have had multiple bad experiences here. In some instances they forget food items, they'll ignore you as you are waiting for your order to be taken for at least 30 min to focus on whatever they are doing even after making eye contact. Bad customer service, no emotions shown, no thank you's, they all seem to dislike their job. This is mostly a PM shift issue, they're usually fine during the day. Management needs to do something.
