It is not the People that work here, it is that this Taco Bell on Kapahulu and the one across from Safeway on Beretania get swamped with Ordersfrom Food Delivery apps, Online Orders and People coming to the physical restaurants to order food. This is certain the later it is. Expect long wait times when ordering Taco Bell late night.

We waited here for 30 minutes before we got our order taken and WE WERE YELLED AT by a worker! She screamed at us. This was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Don’t come here, and whoever was working on 2/4 at 11pm needs to improve on their customer service skills.

I usually don’t leave reviews but GOT DAMN! Worst customer service ever. Food is crap. Can’t even get orders right. I’ve been to this location multiple times trying to give it a chance. But have decided I am never going back. I would not recommend this location to anyone. STAY AWAY.

Honestly worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. They are understaffed so I understand that part but even the food was not cooked properly or made properly. My family and I were here for almost an hour waiting and other people too were waiting. They don’t handle customer questions right and basically ignore what you asked. I’m not coming back here very again. Management needs to do better and hire more staff and make sure food is cooked properly.
This location has never once gotten our order right. There’s always items missing like they didn’t read the full order and just rushed everything in the bag.

I honestly don’t know where to start—this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. First off, let’s talk about the “customer service,” if you can even call it that. After we finished our food and drinks, we saw a Happy Hour for drinks from 2-5 PM—including freeze drinks and regular drinks. It was 2:30 PM, so I asked the lady behind the counter about the deal. She snapped at me and said that wasn’t true. Uh, excuse me? The sign was literally right in front of us! Did someone forget to teach her how to read, or was she just too busy to care? As I left, I heard the manager—if you can even call them that—yelling at someone in the back. Real professional. I’m not sure what was worse: being lied to about a deal that’s clearly advertised or being forced to listen to a manager throw a tantrum in front of customers.I don’t know who runs this Taco Bell, but they clearly have no idea what they’re doing. Customer service? Nonexistent. Professionalism? Laughable. If you’re looking for a place that treats you like a human being, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This place is a joke.

One time, I saw the cashier dig his nose right before taking the order. He saw me see him and he acted like nothing happened, like he pretended that he ever did that. I couldn't believe my eyes and almost threw up. Even though he's not the one preparing the food or touching it, that is absolutely unacceptable! That guy is no longer there. Thank God
