Wow such great and amazing service with Held!!! Held always greets the customers with a smile and is so polite! The tacos are the best ever ! All the workers are busy and getting the great tacos to the customers in a quick way ! They are a good team working together from everything I see and experience! It’s the best Taco Bell that I’ve seen ! Mahalo

My wife and I visited Honolulu for the third time, and on all three occasions, we ate often at Taco Bell in the Kahala Mall. We love the burritos and soft tacos. The staff was always very friendly and helpful, even speaking to me in Spanish when they discovered that was my language. They always made us feel welcome. Kudos to them.

This is the third time waiting 30+ minutes just for one combo order. This time we mobile ordered and it still took 30 min just to get our food. We thought maybe they be faster this time but I guess not.

Food is fine. It’s a Taco Bell. The employees could stand to be less awkward. I was waiting at the mobile order pick up counter, trying to get somebody’s attention. The employee at the register was avoiding eye contact with me, even though there was nobody in his line. Very helpful.

Shout out to employee Nelda. After putting in my order, I asked Nelda where the nearest restroom was. She came out from behind the counter and practically walked me to the womans restroom. She definitely is an asset to the company with a very good attitude and excellent people skills. Very hard to come by nowadays.

Re doing this rating. It was a 5 star. Good food, well priced, above average service. Now portions are absolutely horrible, and usually no one on the counter. These items pictured are limited time items. The container barely had any Fries as you can see. Then the dippers were half the size they should be. This is about the 3rd time in a row this type of portion control happened.

Ordered a nachos bell grande online and customized it with no sour cream and add on onions. What I got was tortilla chips, beans, cheese and onions. NO beef. NO tomatoes. Needless to say the meal SUCKED! This isn't the first time they messed up the order at the Kahala Mall location. I'm ordering there less often now.
