My wife and I visited Honolulu for the third time, and on all three occasions, we ate often at Taco Bell in the Kahala Mall. We love the burritos and soft tacos. The staff was always very friendly and helpful, even speaking to me in Spanish when they discovered that was my language. They always made us feel welcome. Kudos to them.
Food is fine. It’s a Taco Bell. The employees could stand to be less awkward. I was waiting at the mobile order pick up counter, trying to get somebody’s attention. The employee at the register was avoiding eye contact with me, even though there was nobody in his line. Very helpful.

Held!!! Held always greets the customers with a smile and is so polite! The tacos are the best ever ! All the workers are busy and getting the great tacos to the customers in a quick way ! They are a good team working together from everything I see and experience! It’s the best Taco Bell that I’ve seen ! Mahalo
