I was the only person in the drive thru from beginning to end but they still managed to make my order wrong. Charge me but give me no receipt for my order. Then give me a hard time about me checking my food after receiving it. Good thing I did, the order was all wrong, all the way down to the size of the drink. I understand it's 9am but why should I pay in time and money for a wrong order with horrible service after I finished a 14hr shift?strongly suggest either not going to this location or just rob the place cause that's the value of the service to receive.

Like many places, you order at the screen. It was one of the cleanest I have visited. To service was also great; courteous, helpful, and responsive from the human workers. Service with a smile. The food was as expected. I revisited four more times at the drive-through (limited time).
Went to this Taco Bell the other night and unfortunately had a terrible experience. My boyfriend ended up with food poisoning that same night and was sick the entire next day. Taco Bell was the only thing he had eaten, so it’s hard to chalk it up to anything else. I also noticed the soda machines were visibly dirty with what looked like mold buildup—definitely concerning, especially since that can also make people sick. Overall, really disappointed and won’t be returning anytime soon

A bit disappointed, was expecting similar great Taco Bell experience I had recently in Bay Area. This location disappointed with the meal’s lack of substantial meat in the meat sauce - more like sauce with a little meat, whereas the Bay Area experience was very substantial, good quality meat, whereas you can taste the leanness and not fatty or grisly. Please consider improving your offering of more meat in your products which should then gain customer loyalty and trust, otherwise you’ll continue to get the 3.9 average rating you currently have. Hoping you’ll be able to do so without jeopardizing your business and significantly reducing your profits. Maybe increasing volume due to a quality experience will actually offset the cost of improving your products. Thank you.
