I live on the other side of the island and when I called to get my money back for a wrong order they said I have to come in To do that. I paid $16 for the three items I wanted and got an item costing $2 each

Don’t ever let them tell you they put your green sauce in the bag. They do NOT, in fact, put it in the bag. Check for your sauce or be disappointed like me.

Grateful for Ryan best drive through cashier there was definitely lots of employees here working hard with a great attitude Ryan was working drive-thru and definitely giving 100% Taco Bell always tastes the same but the employees make the difference Mahalo I am never leaving Paradise so many loving people on the island

As a connoisseur of food (I like to eat copious amounts) and post-golf munchies, my wife and I tend to occasionally frequent the fast food restaurants in this area. Last night, we chose to crush some tacos, it being Taco Tuesday and all, and had the distinct pleasure of encountering Taco Bell's own personal Jesus, a young gentleman by the name of Ayden. Ayden went above and beyond in his customer service, ensuring we left not as repeat customers but (in the voice of Arnold) 'I'll Be Back' customers. He thrice-checked our order to ensure all ordered tacos, burritos, mini-chalupas, and nacho fries were in order as well as ensuring the desired quantity and type of sauce was provided. Props to you Ayden, you deserve a raise! And Taco Bell, please continue to hire such professionals and aspiring individuals who can model themselves after Ayden.

For sketchy part of town it wasn’t bad. Same prices I would pay back. Home didn’t seem unreasonable.
Prompt service is provided in the drive thru while being accurate with the order. Prices are fair and the Moanalua branch is always busy.
