Ordered on the mobile app for pickup for 3 items, one of them slightly customized.

I go inside when the tracker tells me my order is ready. I see it on the rack, completed. I stand there for almost 10 minutes with four employees clearly within view, who have all looked at me, but completely ignore me, before one finally walks close enough for me to ask to hand me my order. Pathetic.

And to top it off, the item I requested modification on? Not done properly. I paid extra for potato, and didn’t get it. The jalapeños and pico I paid extra to be added INSIDE the burrito were instead in cups on the side.

I guess I should be grateful, since I won’t be going back so I’ll be eating healthier.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I walked into this location to pick up my mobile order. I arrived to the counter and waited patiently as the women behind the counter making food looked at my annoyed. I finally stated I was here for a pick up, she ten walks over and hands me my bag. I remind her of my drink before she can walk away and as she rolls her eyes and sets my drink on the counter. I proceed to use the restroom (one that really needed to be cleaned but they were apparently short staffed). After using the restroom I proceed to walk to the drink fountain and find that the rim of my cup is damaged but I think it shouldn’t be an issue. I proceed to cap it and walk out to my van, but the lid slips off and my drink splashes EVERYWHERE! Now don’t get me wrong I feel terrible I even says “if you wanna give me the mop I’ll clean it up I am so sorry” the lady behind the counter throws up her hands and yells “great she spilled her drink!” I apologize again. She come around the corner and it’s her mop and proceeds to scold me telling how they are already short staffed and they let me use the bathroom and now I am just giving them another task. For reference there are 3 cars in the drive thru and no one else in the restaurant. Again I feel terrible but I also know proper customer service and you don’t make your customers feel bad over an accident. I ask to speak to the manager. She says she is the manager. I ask for corporates number she refuses. I ask for her name she states “I have no name”. Okay miss no name, that’s fine, I’m sorry that you’re having a bad day, but you’re not going to make me feel bad about you having to do your job. She proceeded to explain how short staffed they are and while I understand that’s unfortunate i don’t staff your job, so if this Taco Bell is so understaffed that me spilling my drink through a whole wrench in their day to day operations then maybe it shouldn’t be open.

Most pathetic Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Mobile ordered to pick up in store because it was an option. Arrived at the store and the lobby was closed. Pointed at my phone indicating I had a mobile order to the older woman working in the back and she waved me away with her hand. Sat in drive thru for 45 minutes, to receive cold food. Pathetic. Stay as far away as possible.

App let's you order. You get there and they aren't open. Or they are open but drive thru only. They won't let you walk up to the drive thru.

We waited in an empty dining area with 2 customers and we waited about 30 minutes for simple tacos. Unacceptable.

This location is directly adjacent to the Hawai'i Kai Straub Benioff Medical Clinic and shares the Center parking lot. Although I've never dined in, the outside looks like your typical Oahu Taco Bell and through the windows, the tables appear to have the typical franchise bench seating. The employees are friendly and my order is always correct here

As a reminder, a four star review for me is not a bad thing. Anything higher than a three star is better than average.

I went to Taco Bell today to grab a quick bite to eat on my way to the pet store. One thing that I noticed today, in particular, is that it wasn't nearly as crowded as some of the other times whenever I pass by. Sometimes, at night, the line can wrap around the building and into the street. I guess it just shows how much people like Taco Bell in this area.

I got a couple of crunchy tacos and a drink and it didn't really set me back too much. Eating here is always predictable and you'll always know what you're getting. Nothing to really complain about.

The parking lot is a surface lot, but if there is no parking, you could also park downstairs and just walk upstairs. There's tons of ample parking though.

Do you keep in mind that they occasionally close the drive-through early by a couple minutes so I wouldn't wait till the last minute to get your late night munchies.
