Most pathetic Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Mobile ordered to pick up in store because it was an option. Arrived at the store and the lobby was closed. Pointed at my phone indicating I had a mobile order to the older woman working in the back and she waved me away with her hand. Sat in drive thru for 45 minutes, to receive cold food. Pathetic. Stay as far away as possible.

App let's you order. You get there and they aren't open. Or they are open but drive thru only. They won't let you walk up to the drive thru.
Need to get some hiring bonuses or something. It’s always busy but never get staff. Always been good just really slow
We waited in an empty dining area with 2 customers and we waited about 30 minutes for simple tacos. Unacceptable.

This location is directly adjacent to the Hawai'i Kai Straub Benioff Medical Clinic and shares the Center parking lot. Although I've never dined in, the outside looks like your typical Oahu Taco Bell and through the windows, the tables appear to have the typical franchise bench seating. The employees are friendly and my order is always correct here

As a reminder, a four star review for me is not a bad thing. Anything higher than a three star is better than average.
I went to Taco Bell today to grab a quick bite to eat on my way to the pet store. One thing that I noticed today, in particular, is that it wasn't nearly as crowded as some of the other times whenever I pass by. Sometimes, at night, the line can wrap around the building and into the street. I guess it just shows how much people like Taco Bell in this area.
I got a couple of crunchy tacos and a drink and it didn't really set me back too much. Eating here is always predictable and you'll always know what you're getting. Nothing to really complain about.
The parking lot is a surface lot, but if there is no parking, you could also park downstairs and just walk upstairs. There's tons of ample parking though.
Do you keep in mind that they occasionally close the drive-through early by a couple minutes so I wouldn't wait till the last minute to get your late night munchies.

I am a delivery driver and the Taco Bell Hawaii Kai location is terrible. They are always short staffed and the dining room is always closed because of that. So then I have to wait in the drive thru and it’s always so long like 30 mins just to pick up the food.. Sometimes the food is ready when I get to the store but I can’t get it since the dining room is closed so i have to wait in the drive thru for 30 mins and the food is cold by then.. It has been like this over 6 months too! Like cmon Taco Bell can you more people? Maybe you should pay them more since people are always quitting. McDonald’s Hawaii Kai is never like this. Should really takes notes 🤦🏽♂️
They need to hire better employees and keep the dining area open until closing. The decision to close the dining area creates a line that runs out to Lunalilo traffic most if not all evenings
Terrible location, workers are very rude and don't know what there doing yet they want $20 and hour. Forgot the beef on my beef taco

Let's face it, I get cravings for crispy tacos. The ac was way too cold ❄️❄️❄️
Worst taco bell. Left my burrito in the griller for too long then took it out and left it on the bare table and had containers fall on it from the other side. So burnt and food safety. This place is a mess. Submitted complaint online with no response. Don't go here. Will most likely get sick
Don’t waste your time.
Says it's open on google maps walked here in the rain and it's closed
By far and away the slowest drive-thru in Hawaii Kai, probably in the entire East Honolulu area as well. It takes 40 minutes for them to clear a line that would have taken McDonald's or Cane's 5-10 minutes. The food is fast-food, but the waiting time is anything but.
