Our homemade guacamole is made fresh daily with all fresh ingredients consisting of onions, cilantro, lime, salt and plenty avocados. Disclaimer (if we have sold out you will automatically be replaced with fresh avocado) we are doing are best to maintain the demand but we are very small food truck business thank you for your understanding as we grow.

Our signature sauce is hard to describe, better to be tasted but basically a creamy tomato sauce with just the right balance of spice, you won't find it anywhere else!

Tanjas Tacos is run by the sweetest people. Only thing is i wish they were open earlier.
They got the vibes, food smells amazing, all vegan menu. They're open every weekend and I think they extended their hours. Just be mindful they sometimes sell out early.

My husband and I go every weekend but could easily eat it every day. It is street food at its best- comforting, affordable and most importantly delicious. Late night vegan spots are hard to find and this place is a gem. Best vegan spot on the island honestly.
