Ordered a chicken Bao taco and chicken regular/street taco. Sooo delicious! The green (spicy) salsa was also excellent. Coming from socal, my taco standards are pretty high and this truck delivers. It's a fusion, so seasonings and details aren't exact if you're looking for Mexicana style street taco; but, they're so delicious nonetheless. I went back for seconds and spoiled my dinner (well worth it). Great compliment to the beers as Howzit.

Chips are a unique salt/lime dipped thick chip and the “salsa” was their red sauce with some onions and cilantro tossed in, very good. Chicken quesadilla ordered as is was very good if you like a bit of Cheyanne pepper spice, but may be too much if ordered for a kid or a wife, depending on your wife and kids. Quick and very good eats.

This food is AWESOME. In a world filled with nice food pics but poor quality, this food is SO TASTY, and looks pretty! I had the lamb birria taco vegan bao and they were both so delicious with quality and fresh ingredients. The owners even go to Mexico to pick up specific ingredients that you can't find here! I am so grateful for a place that prioritizes the quality and Freshness of ingredients. It really shows and I am so stoked I stopped here and will definitely come back again!

I searched all over the island for tacos that taste like home. There are a lot of places that get close, but don't hit the mark. However, this place is it. Talked to the guy and he even imported the truck from California. Get the carne asada tacos for sure. I'll be back to try the baos!
