Please update your business info on Apple maps... it says your open until 10:30pm. You're wasting peoples time. It's literally basic operations, never coming again just because of this. Got boba at a better place around the corner

This boba shop was the fastest and most inexpensive place I've been to. As soon as we ordered the drink was served in 10 seconds. Their flavour choices were interesting and I would try them another time. I got the a large brown sugar milk tea with boba and it was only $5.75. Overall, amazing place.Parking: Hard to park, we park ala moana center

Service= 2 Drinks and Price= 4.5 I've been a longtime Taste Tea customer since they first opened in their original location years ago! I enjoy the drink variety, toppings and prices! The employees then were nice and pleasant. It seems as if respectful and well mannered employees are most but 1 here. As others have mentioned, there is 1 tea barista with the WORST attitude I've encountered here. She either wears her hair in a clip or ponytail. Rarely greets her customers, doesn't know how to speak nicely, constantly slams things as she makes drinks and doesn't exude any warmth or friendly customer service. I know companies aren't that desperate to hire employees that represent their company image in such a negative way??? This hasn't happened to me once or twice but on multiple occasions. It's just sad to see a once "lively" establishment become something quite the opposite. A word of advice to this employee- your customers are watching you (and any other employee) from the moment they step in to the moment they leave. Everything from body language, communication and demeanor are taken into account on the customer service they receive when visiting an establishment and the likelihood of their return. You represent your employer. Treat others as you'd like to be treated. It's something we're all taught in our youth and holds true at all ages. I do hope that things get better in the customer service here. Boba shops are a dime a dozen nowadays and patrons are willing to take their business elsewhere if it means being treated with respect and kindness.

I literally just came here at 2pm. The taller guy in the black shirt, cashier took my order. He was very rude, barely even made eye contact or smiled. He wore a mask but you can tell when someone is being polite and smiles. I was the only one there while he was taking my order so I don't see why the rush. He cut me off while I wasn't done making an order. I had to say "AND" while he was putting boba in the first drink. Seriously, it's not hard to finish taking down the order before you even begin making the drink. Also, too much boba. When I used to come here, they didn't put too much boba in my drink. At least 1/3 of the large drink was boba and half of that were still in there when i finished the drink. I could NOT enjoy the drink without choking majority of the time.

Terrible workers. Whoever was working on august 7, 2022 at around 6-7 pm ( the timee i came in ), you need to fix ur attitude. Don't roll ur eyes when we're trying to ask questions for some help. Rude asfc. If u don't enjoy ur job then quit. Gmfu. She had a pony tail. Either take her out or actually take the time to talk to her to fix her attitude lol. Me and my family don't tolerate with that sh*t. Fix ur employees lol.

I got a brown sugar milk tea and it was too sweet, so they remade it for me! For boba in Hawaii, it wasn't bad. It had a strong tea taste and once the sweetness was adjusted, I couldn't stop drinking it. The pearls were pretty soft and chewy and this satisfied my boba cravings.

Taste Tea needs to step up with their Customer Service. Every time I come in here I always get a bad attitude from the people working here. When I came in, this lady that helped me was very rude and seemed very angry for no reason. When I called her out on it, all she could do was look at me. Please train your employees to do better. It doesn't matter if your teas are great. I know I won't be coming back to this location anymore, learned my lesson too many times. Also if you order multiple drinks they won't provide carriers or a bag.

Went to Taste Tea this pm.Gave the girl my order and specifically asked a large size drink for one of my order and the rest was small size.When we received our order.All my drinks was small.I told the girl i ordered a large size for one of the drinks SHE GAVE ME AN ATTITUDE and didnt even apoligize for the mistake told me was 50cents to upgrade.I usually have good service at the Kapiolani location.Hard to find good help nowadays.I thinks she should be FIRED.Dont go there otherwise they do it to you to.

Horrible service, especially when not understanding the menu. The blended tea was filled with pretty large ice cubes and the tapioca was hard in the middle. The tea tasted fine but was ruined by the ice chunks and hard boba!

I love bubble/boba/milk tea. Whatever you call it, I love it. And I come to this taste tea location often because the location is convenient for me. I am sad to say that I will start going out of my way to get boba somewhere else such as Momo tea or Hana tea. The employees at this location always seem to be having a bad day and i rarely walk out of there with my correct order. I like to get the mustache no bbba with brown sugar walls. But each time I go in there the employee taking my order doesn’t understand what i mean by brown sugar walls, i have been told that i can’t get brown sugar walls in drinks other than the brown sugar milk tea, and i have been told that to get brown sugar walls in my drink i need to ask for Thai walls but today when i ordered that l ended up with sweetened condensed milk in my drink.The quality and service is sub par and inconsistent. :((this review is for the taste tea location next to Ala Moana, I have been to the other two taste tea location and they are always friendly and know exactly how to make the drink I order.)Sorry for the long review. I hope this helps some people. I highly recommend Momo tea and Hana tea if you want quality drinks, especially for their milk/foam/cheese cap.
