Online menu looks limited but didn't affect the dining experience which was fantastic! Every dish was delicious and expertly prepared. Preston was the perfect server- knowledgeable, thoughtful, friendly and efficient.

We went early to enjoy happy hour prior to dinner. We had a delightful cocktail and Poke snack at the bar. The cocktails were well crafted and tasty and the Poke was exceptional. We seated for dinner and had a shared meal. We had a fois gras mouse appetizer that was truly exceptional. We ordered the evenings special of a Tonkatsued pork chop and a couple of sides. The pork was well fried but a bit under seasoned. It came with a small side of pineapple mustard the helped the flavor and made the dish much more than just acceptable. Service was prompt and warm. All in all a very enjoyable ecvening

Amazing! My husband and I were in Oahu for a wedding but also wanted to celebrate our anniversary. We ended up coming here on a friend's recommendation and fell in love with everything about it! Food was DELICIOUS

Tried new dishes-loved the kampachi and pork tonkaysu special. Asked for a little less garlic on the mushroom rice and for us, it was perfect! Appreciate Maryann's excellent service-really puts Arden over the top!

Music was too loud. Couldn't enjoy relaxing dinner with friends ... good conversations impossible with loud music. Waiter said they can't do anything about it. $70 steak came out precuts losing juice and heat. We told waiter that we are not sharing dishes. Waiter said they precut every steak. Food is mixed fusion between Hawaiian, American, Asian, so forth. Too bad. I had high expectations on food too. Mixed feeling. Can't say fine dining experience. I want this place to be successful but they need to make experience better.

An ambitious and forward-thinking menu paired with technical execution provided for a memorable meal. I wish the entrees came a little bit sooner to keep the pace of the meal as the starters came out quickly. Portions were very fairly sized. Ambiance was airy with warm wood tones. Parking was easy too. I'm surprised there were many open tables for a Thursday night. I prefer here to the Oahu Merriman's. Well done!

Food was amazing. Great presentation and unique flavours. Prices reasonable for the exceptional quality and quantity of food. We found this place our second last night in Honolulu and we enjoyed it so much we went back the following night. Friendly and attentive staff. Sunday evenings they have live music which adds to the ambience. Can't wait to return to try some of the other menu choices.

Second time at Arden. Tried different dishes and loved the eggplant rice and mushroom special. Restaurant needs to update their menu on open table. We thought we were ordering the Kauai prawns we had prior, but it was shrimp toast. Tasty but would have liked the prawns. Every restaurant is suffering from lack of wait help. Only two servers and one busser-even the bartender was bringing drinks to tables. Love the app to pay. Once we had our check, it was quick to process ourselves and be on our way.

Very disappointing. We ordered three dishes between the two of us. The raw tuna in the poke was too tough to chew. One of the three lamb "lollipops" in another dish required real effort to cut into bite-size pieces. The shrimp toast was outstanding. Overall: not impressed, especially for $145.

Go early and go often! Food and service was phenomenal. The meal was delicious, unique and creative from our Canadian chefs! We had Maryann as our server and she was outstanding but the host & bartender were also outstanding.

What a great find just outside of Waikiki. Convenient location just across the street from Kapiolani park, plenty of parking in the area and also valet available, so parking is not an issue at all like everywhere else in Waikiki. All of the food was excellent! Ordered the Hamachi and cabbage as an appetizer, both were very tasty and highly recommended. For the main course, I had the lamb lollipops, very flavorful with a unique cilantro paste on top which made for a surprising combination of wonderful flavors. For the sides the brussel sprouts with pineapple reduction were delicious. The mushroom rice however was just ok. And for dessert, the chocolate brownie with miso ice cream (unique but delicious) was excellent. And the cocktails were great too. It wasn't too busy when we went but the service was great. I can't say enough good things about this place. Will definitely be visiting frequently.

My best meal yet at this hidden gem. Quickly becoming my new favorite restaurant. I look forward to the growing menu. The staff look more comfortable and the opening issues seem to be behind them. Food was plentiful with delicious flavors. The desserts are the best in Waikiki. I am looking forward to going back.

Arden was one of the top 5 dining experiences I've ever had. From food, to service to the ambience, it was outstanding. I have recommended Arden to many if my colleagues who are here in Hawaii for the week. Absolutely loved it.
