Thanks for the reply, but if I should have to wait in line as a courtesy to others waiting to order, perhaps you should remove or change your "skip the line and order online" sign on the front door?

Should be consistent in what each shop orders. #justsaying Iʻd frequent this location if they made what the Kapolei location made... ‍ bit I like the no wait as I was the only customer.

The wintermelon tea was good and the bubble tea is not overly sweet! The creme brulee was horrible and not like other places with like a crisp cheese foam. It tasted like they just threw in a chunk of actual creme brulee and blended it, making it chunky and hard to drink. Would recommend anything else though.

Finally got to visit the Salt Lake location! Winning KITV4's Viewer Choice award for 2020, 2021, and 2022, I just had to check this boba spot out! Teaspresso Salt Lake is located behind the Target. Street parking is available. Entering the establishment you're welcomed to 7sketches beautiful mural giving the boba experience a local yet urban feel. Off to the corner there's a claw machine for those claw machine enthusiasts. Wooden floors and a table to sit down and chill, the place is clean and up kept. Teapresso is known for providing organic coffee and boba tea. I got their taro smoothie, a great pick me up during the day. I added large tapioca bobas. The service was quick yet friendly to make your day. So whether it's a hot day or you're on break, or just because come on down to Teapresso Salt Lake for all your organic coffee and boba tea needs!

If your in the are for good drinks boba tea or smoothies which I like than this is the place to go. Awarded for how great they are, they have a selection of drinks and snacks. If you have to transport them the also seal the tops. I've been here more than 5 times and can tell you this place is bomb, not hesitate.

A teenie tea time is found here... Right outside of Target is Teapresso Bar is a great stop when you're on the run and here there's a couple of designated stalls though I never really found issues to find some street parking. Step inside this super small location in comparison to the others you still have the fun artsy vibe here on every wall and it's the super kawaii dog, rabbit or panda doing all things well I got my favorite Pink Dragon Hibiscus and what a yummy summery sip that not too sweet but so refreshing! Sure we could wish for more seating or whatnot but this place is what it is the staff is a delight and I got what what made me happy and if you want to challenge your skills at the Game Panda to win a plushie maybe rubbing that adorable Maneki Neko will score you a win. Thank you!

I typically have had great experience with Teaspresso Bar but today was a miss. First my order was wrong but I didn't deduct a star for that as people make mistakes. The person taking my ordering seemed new. They were nice and apologetic. But the tea was not the best I've had there. They use a powder cream which was not dissolved well so I had white powder floating around. The boba was hard which was why I deduct another star.

We love this Teaspresso! They have great staff and they helped me learn how to ask for my drinks so now it's the perfect balance. The boba here tastes great too. There's nothing worse then biting into boba with no flavor and they don't have that issue.

If you grew up eating White Rabbit Candy and loved it as a child, then have I got the drink for you. Introducing the new secret menu item (not so secret now hehehe)-- the White Rabbit Smoothie. When I heard they have a secret menu and this was on it, I HAD to come and try it. After trying the white rabbit 711 slurpee and being totally let down, I was excited and hopeful to try this. Boy did it not disappoint. It tastes like the candy I know and love, but in drink form! It wasn't too sweet and was creamy, the perfect combination. I added crystal boba and it was perfect. Usually I don't get boba, but I decided, why not. The drink ended up being pretty filling, but it was the perfect little sugar boost that I needed. This drink isn't on the menu, so you would have to ask the staff to order it. My drink ended up being around $8 with the crystal boba. It was a pretty big size for me since I tend to nurse my drinks LOL. The drink isn't customizable, but why would you mess with it when it tastes like the candy already? The Teapresso Salt Lake has plenty of street parking outside, a small lot next door, and a stall right in front of the store. Plus you can grab a drink and take it for a Target run. The store has a lot of cool murals on the wall (my favorite was the white rabbit and puppy ;] ), but my friend really liked the panda. PS- they got a new claw machine. It's $2 a game and accepts dolla bills only.

*EDITED REVIEW&REPLY TO* Stanley. The whole cup from top to bottom was ice. If I had known that, yeah I would've asked for way less ice. And honestly I couldn't even see how much, or better yet the lack of boba there was in the cup because your workers had barely even one light on in there. I combed through the photos of the "inside" and the place is completely different looking from when I stepped in. All I heard walking through the door was two workers blasting drake in the dark. From the outside of the shop it looked closed the open sign wasn't on but I still really wanted boba. So stop being weird with your winky faces, it was actually dark and sketchy. And seriously, the amount of boba in there is pathetic. I looked through your different locations and photos from this location, and I understand that you can order extra boba but most of the pictures were regular boba orders and had double the amount that my drinks had. My mistake for not returning and getting a refund Two drinks +$7 each. I could literally count 24 boba pieces in my drink. Barely a single layer, maybe a half assed tiny scoop. Saddest most pathetic drink ever. Couldn't taste anything. If I didn't order the drinks myself, I would've thought you just served me iced lemon water. The drink was 90% ice. When you walked into the place it was dark and looked sketchy. -10000/10 take the drive to Hana tea, because this is 15$ I'll never get back

Giving two stars because the coffee was absolutely horrible both Iced and hot, we actually ended up throwing it away. After a few sips, however, the service was great and the place was clean.
