It was kind.The onion rings at the main branch (near Hanauma Bay) were really delicious, but there was a bit more seasoning there.There was little seasoning at this point.It was delicious though~

A milkshake was $11….come on. It’s not meat that has high fluctuating prices, it’s ice cream and milk. Obnoxious to just overprice something to gouge your customers. Better off getting a gallon of ice cream and a gallon of milk for the same price and staying home.

We ordered the Volcano and Kailua burger which at first seemed good, until a couple bites in and noticed both were still raw on the inside. We ordered it medium, not medium rare/rare. We called to get a refund or remade and they did which was good. We didn’t get the other refunded because we didn’t notice till after we had called. Would recommend to check the burger before leaving the restaurant!!
Delicious burgers cooked fresh love it. My go to for a great burger and fries.

The food was mediocre to disappointing and unfortunately the tables and chairs were dirty. The staff didn’t seem to care and only acknowledged my family and I after several moments of us trying to get their attention.This was our second visit to the franchise but our first time at this particular location. We wish the food had been better prepared and the interior cleaned.It’s one thing to not feel valued as a customer. Adding bad meals on top of that makes it an issue. My family and I won’t returning.
