The restaurant appeared to be closed, all the tables and chairs were moved! Did they close the restaurant? Or did they move to another location?

Really disappointed. I ordered the black garlic tonkatsu ramen and karaage set. Small portions. Thin, bodiless tonkotsu broth. Light garlic taste. Overcooked char shu. Chicken was tasteless. Asked for mayo or garlic paste to doctor the chicken; only had shoyu and chili pil as condiments. Price wascalso high for what you get. This place is rated very highly. I dont understand why.

Absolutely phenomenal experience. The spicy ramen was fantastic, not too hot to be overpowering and very, very flavorful. Whenever I come to Honolulu, I will always come here for an authentic ramen experience.

No waitress or waiter wrote down the orders. I asked the spicy level 1 Miso ramen and my friend asked menu C which is Tantan ramen and chicken como. But we got a regular miso ramen and tantan ramen only.It's ok. Sometimes it happens when they are busy.But the taste was not as good as we expected. Nothing special, below average. I don't know why it has 4.4 star rating.

If you like to eat with partitions between you and everyone else at a bar, in peace this place is for you. The ramen is good, nothing will knock your socks off, but it's as good as you expect ramen to be. They have some unique takes but in very limited supply. The service is really fast, by the time you sit down and order your food is out 5 minutes later.

Went with friends who are locals and was not disappointed. They even had a couple of Kotteri Ramen available and have to say the rich broth, chewy noodles, toppings and sauces were outstanding. Think it is the best ramen I have ever had. We also tried the Assari Ramen, Ajigasane (chicken) Ramen, which were both excellent too. Added a fried rice which was decent. This is a casual, local place, but definitely a gem. The service was solid and we were very, very satisfied.

Amazing ramen; every time I have eaten here, I’ve ordered something different and never once have I been disappointed! They are clean, fast, and very helpful if you have any questions! Be careful with ordering any dish marked hot/spicy, because they’re not kidding, haha! I travel a lot, and Tenkaippin is easily the best ramen restaurant I’ve ever eaten at.
Great food the best ramen had yet my favorite is koteddy so delicious and their fried rice is so ono great customer service food comes out on a timely manner and when i eat here i always leave happy

I went here just a few minutes ago all the way from Laie just to try their Kotteri Ramen, but it wasn't available. I tried their Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen with Garlic Butter Oyster and it was the best ramen I've had!

Kotteri, when they have it, rocks! Now a consistent Go To for me. Add the Garlic Stek to, cause you can. Orion draft is a nice addition. Quick, convenient, consistent. Jessy, Scott, Mayumi all rock! ??✌️

Wonderful ramen. Tried couple of their ramen. Both were very good. Soup came out very hot and noodles texture is good. Soup have lot of flavors. Definitely come back to try out other soups. Service was very good and friendly. Highly recommended.
