I love it there, the workers are so nice
I ordered the strawberry mochi smoothie with extra mochi and the smoothie had 0 mochi. The drink was also slushy / icy.
Very rude staff. Drinks are overly sweet. They provide no guidance on what they mean by “sweetener level.” The regular is disgustingly sweet
They didn’t seal the bottle and overflowed all over my car!
Bubble tea is pretty decent and I like the grape and strawberry drink!
Overrated with a few menu items, not available. Every now and again I visit, I see new items replaced with newer ones. Appears the food items are not available either...
Got the mochi strawberry smoothie.
i have four order.i add extra cream brûlée, and jelly. they give different . and feel like no taste. i come when they grand opening. so i think they changed owners. no more taste.
Customer Service are the worst. We ordered 8 drinks and 1 croffle they only gave us 1 napkin when ask for extra napkins and straws they starting to questions just for those, then handed to us and said “ whatever”.

I visited The Alley at the Ala Moana Shopping Center on March 26, around 1:10 PM, hoping for a refreshing treat. Sadly, the experience was very disappointing.
I ordered a “Strawberry Mochi” with extra strawberries and no sugar. Instead, the drink arrived without extra strawberries and was extremely sweet. When I politely asked about it, the young male employee insisted it was correct. After tasting it, I returned to explain again that it was clearly sweetened. He became visibly angry, snatched the drink (causing it to spill), and used offensive language—acting as though he was proud of his behavior.
Although the manager came out and was courteous, she did not have him apologize, which was disheartening. I’ve visited other The Alley locations many times without issues, so this rude encounter really put a damper on my day and vacation. I hope the company addresses this employee’s attitude to prevent other customers from having the same unpleasant experience.

I used to like this place for the crème brûlée. Their service is poor, entering your own order. Staff do not appear happy, one dude in his back tank top. The drink has less boba now and crème brûlée is less and lacks whatever creaminess it had back down. Just poor consistency along with the cost, now just paying for milk and ice. No longer coming back.

Bubble tea is usually good but service is incredibly poor. Mochi tasted like congealed milk. They have a sign saying to let them know if there’s anything wrong with your drink but that didn’t stop them from looking mine up and down and complaining that I’d actually drank from it when I brought it back.
I have ordered taro cream brûlée but horrible taste.
The consistency of the jelly is unbearable. It is falling apart like phlegm. I have never had jelly like that in my bubble tea, should be a lot firmer
