I was quoted 5-15 minutes for a party of 2 people so we decided to wait. I waited and waited and just figured they were a little busier than their quote. 45 minutes later i ask about how much longer because we were quoted 5-15 but waiting for 45. I’m noticing people that came after us are being sat before us. It was then like over an hour since we put our name down and nothing! I even went back in and asked and they said another 15-20 minutes! It was my last straw when a larger party that had arrived 50 minutes after we got there got a text that their table was ready. I will not be eating here again! The host was also rude and when i tried to tell him I had been waiting way longer and how many more minutes. he just gave me a nasty look and dismissed me away!

they were out of king crab so we got snow crab.... and there was NO MEAT when we cracked the legs. they refunded us for the crab legs but it was disappointing bc we were really looking forward to eating crab legs. Iʻve never cracked crab legs and had NO meat .... the sauce was good but just not worth the price. go to Kickin Kajun

Its clean up time at the boiling crab !! The resturant has a basic eating philosophy, the food gets delivered in clear plastic bags to the table, you eat and then everything left on the table gets tossed out...

The Whole Sha Bang sauce was just awesome. Been to a lot of crab places and this one ranks near the top. Waitress was extremely patient and knowledgeable. Like all crab places, be prepared for the price.

I originally wanted the King crab & they were out of it. The snowcrab was terrible for the market price u pay. It didn't have any taste & only 1 crab cluster.. The butter garlic sauce was salty & overpowering. The crabber fries was soft & not crispy fries with white crab u can easily by a box of it in the store & cook. The fried scallops was soft battered, not fried crispy at all. I will never eat here again. Save your money. You're better off purchasing king crab or snow crab at any Foodland or Costco. Red Lobster is much more tastier. They never fail. I only gave the food 1 star because of the Dungeness crab which did have taste. Overall, service was good. Just the food was over priced for the terrible taste.

Service was just okay — there was only one waitress working the floor, and she seemed rushed, which made us feel rushed too. We ordered the combo meant for 3–4 people (for just two of us), but it was disappointing. There were only about 9 shrimp in the half pound, and they were overcooked. The lobster tail was the only decent part of the meal. Overall, we’ve had much better elsewhere and won’t be returning especially for the price.
Worth every penny! The Whole Sha-Bang seasoning/sauce is perfect!! I got the lobster combo delivered to my house and it definitely satisfied the seafood boil craving. 🙏🏼

The customer service was excellent but the food not so much. I ordered 1lb of mussels and 1/2lb of shrimp and the shrimp were mushy ie old and not fresh at all. I won’t return.
