My girlfriend and I were given one of the best customer services. We had a server named Pam that was the sweetest and most attentive server we could have asked for. We got a seat with a view of the beach and sunset and the seafood was so fresh. There wasn't as many buffet options as others, but the options they do have like poke, crab legs, lechon, oysters etc were top quality and WORTH going to. All of the staff was so friendly and would definitely go back.

Overpriced and not worth your time. The food was subpar, oysters that were warm, crab without the proper tools, tasteless desserts. You are charged for refills on pop despite paying close to $90 US per adult. Service felt rushed and we could never find our server, until of course he wanted us to pay our bill. Definitely avoid.

love love this place came to hawaii for our honeymoon and was looking around for a good last day dinner and found the hyatt do expect to spend at least 175 for dinner not including drinks but it’s 100% worth the money amazing quality food and the experience ambience and service was excellent our waiter was nothing but amazing consistanly refilling our water!
the view in itself is worth the money! the crab was fresh best crab my husband and i had the poke was incredible and the selection of food was splendid not to mention the amazing dessert table with a ice cream bar and chocolate fountain 1000% recommend this place i don’t think it’s kid friendly unless your kid loves korean style food or seafood

For $85$, it was not worth it. The food was cold, and they didn’t have a good selection of food. The only thing that was hot was my steam
rice; everything else was just nasty and cold. Don’t waste your money; go somewhere else.

Las Vegas buffet prices but less selections. Food was okay, the worst was the crab legs because they were super salty. Would have preferred hot crab legs, but cold is fine.... just way too salty to enjoy.
Oysters were good, but not the best I've had. Interestingly enough, the ones here were way better than the oysters I had at the Bacchanal Buffet in Las Vegas. But definitely not as good as oysters shucked at an oyster bar.
Had high expectations for the prime rib, but it was okay, at least the slice I got. May have been better if you get a piece towards the ends. Wasn't a fant of the pork ribs, the texture was kind of mushy! The galbi beef rib was delicious and I would take the bone off and wrap the meat in lettuce leaves.
I like the Korean soup as well. The whole Hamachi fish was cool to see and take a chunk out of. Lechon, okay, at least not too fatty. The desserts were okay.
Our server, Arnold, was very attentive. Some of the tables seem too close together especially in the area where diners would walk to get to the BBQ and the rest of the food, sometimes a traffic jam right there.
Recommend to try at least once, but not really mind blowing food, so probably would not go again for a regular day, maybe for a special occasion if we are in Oahu.

Came here with a group with reservations. It is a typical buffet, but very pricey. Food was ok, I tried to get a little bit of everything. The crab legs were too salty for my liking, I did enjoy the pasta that they had.

I was disappointed because the price was too high, the food was too salty, and there were too few types of food.

My son’s and I came here for dinner and we were very disappointed. It cost $84 a person. They really don’t have much of a selection of food or dessert. In total for 3 people it cost with tip $300, which was NOT worth it. We didn’t order anything to drink, only water. We do not recommend this place. Visiting from Seattle, Washington.
