No chocolate powder when I went

This used to be the best spot for early morning coffee. Now it seems like they never open on time. This is even after adjusting their hours to open later (that has never been updated on their website). Who ever owns this franchise is definitely losing loyal customers and money. I write this as I am waiting for someone to show up. Sign says they open at 7am. It’s already 7:45. Watching everyone park here and go next door for coffee. Thanks for the parking Coffee Bean. I guess the competition will be getting my business.

So slow. Only one person working. There is no work flow. Took 20 minutes to get a drink.

Coffee, merchandise and food things in kapahulu. Limited parking on site, but plenty in the surrounding neighborhood. Often long lines in the morning. Outdoor seating is nice spot to drink you drink and see views of diamond head.

Hot, large Americano with 6 shots. They make it right. Good atmosphere. Professional staff. Beats Starbucks by a mile.

I come here a lot because it is close to work, but it's such a sad location when you consider other CB&TL locations. They've had a door boarded up for over six weeks, no change. The food cabinets seem unclean, and the staff just seems a little grumpy, seems understaffed actually and takes unusually long to get orders. I like their coffee options better than sbucks but the store is just sad.

I just love Diamond Head Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf ... I visit there @ least 3x a week ?

Vegetarian options: It may not be 100% vegetarian, but I really enjoy the egg white veggie bites & avocado toast, oh yeah & their salads too ?

I liked my Americano but they handed me my scone ice cold, straight from the refrigerator.. I’m sure it would’ve been more enjoyable if they had offered to warm it up.

Their drinks are great but this location has one person staffed resulting in super long wait times. Also there is barely any AC, so for a 20 minute wait on a drink, it was not fun.

The barista (Saturday at 6:45am) is so positive and peppy…especially for this early! Strong work!
