Our go to place for custom burgers on island. Awesome options and ingredients, just be prepared to pay extra for premium ingredients but they do a nice job.

Yooo i loved the concept. They do have a menu, but you can also build your own burger with the exact choice of meat, bun, sauce, and everything else. I must say i made a really good burger. It was juicy and everything i dreamed of and their onion strings are soooooo good. Perfectly thin, crispy, and flavorful. I wish this place existed in San Diego. We enjoyed our first visit so much we returned a couple nights later. The second time, unfortunately the burger was a little less juicy and magical. I asked for medium cooked both times with the same ingredients. It was still really good though!

By far the worst wings I’ve probably ever had in my life. The siracha wasn’t even on the wings, it was just essentially dipping sauce. They were dehydrated to all hell as if they were cooked yesterday and heated up. They had no flavor at all. Avoid avoid avoid

I was very disappointed in the food, atmosphere and service at this restaurant. I had the bison salad and it looked like an appetizer- small patty on a bed of about a dozen spinach leaves with random carrot shavings and a few cranberries scattered around. Price- $22.00. I left hungry. The atmosphere was noisy with heavy base beat music and noisy chatter. The tables reminded me of a cheap dinner in Kansas.
The prices are very expensive for a burger place. I won't return

The food here was awesome. I got a burger with pepper jack cheese, jalapeanos, the onion strings and omg it was delicious. If you are an onion fan you'll love these onion strings.

I used it for lunch. It's located next to Whole Foods in Kahala Mall. The staff will come to take your order, so a tip is required when paying. The burger itself was very tasty, especially the meat. Also, when I told them that two people would be sharing it, they divided it in half and brought it to me. Due to the weak yen and soaring prices in Hawaii, three hamburgers cost about 10,000 yen. The atmosphere is nice and the food is delicious, but I thought it was a little expensive.

Excellent Burger place. Definitely would come back, even if I have to make the drive from the other side of the island.

Went to the counter for take out got the patty melt brought it home and it was burnt. Nothing like the glue of your burger tasting and looking burnt. Very disappointed especially cause I could tell it could've been really good. 50 bucks for a burnt burger onion rings and a bacon cheese burger.

We have eaten at the restaurant only once and have ordered take out 10+ times. Tonight both fried chicken in our sandwiches were burnt and the chicken was dry - used to be a favorite. They also forgot the bacon on my sister's jalapeno bacon cheeseburger. My mom likes the Bison is Gouda, and my sons' Old School burgers were alright. Fries, onion rings and buffalo cauliflower were soggy - that hasn't happened with our takeout in the past. Unfortunately, my dad's Father's Day dinner was a burnt, dry fried chicken sandwich. He said he was supposed to go with five friends next week but might tell them to try somewhere else. ?

Our table of three stumbled into a great lunch. A well known chain restaurant is across the street and easy to think it would be better there, but our experience here was very positive.
We had bison and cheese salad, Cobb salad, and children's chicken fingers. Yes, we thought we'd have burgers as you can make your own combinations, but went the other direction.
Starting with the children's chicken fingers - it had four larger juicy fingers with shoe string fries; the Cobb salad was tasty, filling and fresh with everything cut up small; the other salad was terrific, tasty with a variation per request. We also shared fried brussel sprouts without shsiraha sauce.
The cool thing is the large variety of variations you can request such as my request for tomatoes which resulted in flavorful roasted added. So yummy. We swapped out sauces for personal preferences, which was not viewed as problematic.
The staff were polite and helpful.
Dietary restrictions: With variations offered, seemed easy to make adjustments. Vegetarian and gluten free were available.
Parking: This location is at the Kahala mall with lots of spaces.
Kid-friendliness: Ordered off the children's menu and it was more than adequate. Simple but tasty.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, you can navigate this space. Noticed a person with a motorized specialized chair come into the space and be served. From the conversation he sounded like a regular. Staff were accommodating.
