The inside of the restaurant is very spacious with comfortable furniture creating a calm relaxing hotel restaurant environment which is very nice, especially after all day hustle and bustle.

Listening to soothing live music and enjoying my favorite mojito, shrimp Kinlaw ceviche, gold & red beet salad, and miso yuzu salmon is like being in a downtown oasis!

I stayed at the hotel next door for a couple of weeks. This restaurant is very expensive, small portions, and they are frequently out of many of their menu items. Very disappointing restaurant.

Went in during happy hour for my last beer in Hawaii. Was informed that their draft system wasn’t working and they wouldn’t honor happy hour for canned beers. Unacceptable for any business.

Dotted Line at the AC Hotel is a really cute spot! The vibes are awesome, and the drinks are solid—plus, they’re not crazy expensive. The staff is super friendly, which makes the whole experience feel even better. Definitely a great place to hang out for a drink or just relax. Husband had Patrol chilled and modelo beer. I had a traditional Mai tai super tasty.

I’m not sure why the reviews are so high. Last night we had lobster rolls (hard bread and very little meat). Salad was good but the fries were cold. This morning I ordered a Diet Pepsi and it didn’t have ANY CO2 so I bought cans from the hotel lobby and brought them in the restaurant. Breakfast was cold. They were out of both sausage and bacon so we ate mystery meat which was good, but also cold. Night bartender and atmosphere is phenomenal but don’t come here to eat.

I had been there months ago for Pau Hana and the service was excellent. But on a recent Sunday evening, I took my sister and son for dinner at 6:30. There were TWO employees trying to run the restaurant -- one server and one food runner. There is no way those two people could have done well, and they didn't. For example, it took 20 minutes between asking for a dessert menu and having the opportunity to order dessert. By that time, we had lost interest. Prior to posting this, I wrote a private note to management, to which I received no response. Thus, I wish to warn you that service can be inconsistent. On a positive note, my salmon dinner, once it arrived, was perfect!

This place has looks and charm but no substance. The menu lacks diversity and the food was very forgettable. The service was great and very friendly. The food just wasn’t good enough to make me want to go back.

Their deviled egg is to die for with tobikko and truffle. The taco was OK for national taco day.

Unfortunately, parking is valet only for 15 dollars. I parked at Bishop Square and a whooping 31 bucks. Big mistake not to have parked at Alii parking on alakea st. Lessons learned.
