The food is good. But the customer service is horrible. I went to L& L Hawaiian Barbecue and the lady taking my order was angry and rude. I asked her how her day was going and she ignored me. The cleaning lady came over and started cleaning the railing right next to me when I sat down and started eating to the point if I moved she would bump me.

Nice chill place , it is loud around dinner time , but atmosphere is really fancy. The food choices are good, not spectacular, but found items I could eat. Service could use some work.

Great place to find good, there's a pretty big selection although the prices are a lot higher than it used to be (but that's everywhere)

I always get my Korean burrito when I come in here. Absolutely delicious. They do good with substituting the rice for lettuce supplement. It's nice and savory and hits the spot. I always get the ribeye burrito with garlic chips made spicy so it has jalapenos

So many different food options, from Asian to Western, and of course Hawaiian. Clean and bright!

Large food court with good selection of premade and fast foods. Clean, open, with lots of tables/seating.

The Lanai is the newest spot on this list, having opened the last week of October. It’s the third (and ritziest) food hall at Ala Moana Shopping Center. Occupying the old Shirokiya department store — some big shoes to fill — the Lanai consists of 10 vendors (four are currently open, six are opening later this year). Expect to find poke and sashimi plates from Ahi & Vegetable, Japanese pastries from Brug Bakery, and udon, soba, and katsudon from Sobaya.
Food court with lots of great food options. Everyone found something to enjoy. My only regret is that I didn't have time to come back for another meal!
