Awful experience. If I had any other choice, I would not choose this place. We were a group of more than 6 people, including a child, but no one explained in advance about the automatic 18% service charge. At the end of lunch, they suddenly mentioned it, and I was forced to pay the “company policy” charge.

The reason was never explained properly. We ordered from a QR code menu with no photos, which made the system confusing and frustrating.

The most unprofessional part was the manager’s comment: “Welcome to Hawaii.”

Calm and relaxing spot before our flight! The service was excellent — even the manager stopped by our table to check in, and our waitress was so kind and attentive. We had a burger, which was delicious and came with plenty of fries, plus a Mai Tai and Mojito that were both great. Overall, a perfect place to relax and enjoy good food and drinks while waiting for our flight to Los Angeles.

This place doesn’t put prices on their liquor, waitress tells you a much lower price and then you have to argue with her that she lied to you.

Avoid unless you went to be scammed out of money.

ALOHA MAI E KĀKOU!

What an awesome experience eating lunch here.
My aunty (short hair with hearing not so good) who served me was just simply kind! MAHALO AUNTY!

To start, I would love to say that Tina was absolutely wonderful, but paying $16 for a beer when the price wasn’t on the menu is absolutely ridiculous. $16 for a local beer? Price gouging to the max. $100 for a few beers and an appetizer sized pizza. Left hungry and pissed about the astronomical prices.

I know it's airport food but good lord this is the worst I've ever had. Pork nachos were somehow both stale and soggy. Crab flatbread was gross. Drinks were strong but also $21 - two appetizers and two drinks ran us up to almost $100. Avoid this place for literally anywhere else in the airport.

The food, atmosphere, and service were amazing. The chicken lettuce wraps were incredible as was the bartender. Auntie was caring, personable and incredibly attentive. The only reason I give the atmosphere 1 star, is because of the manager...Damon, the manager, is power- hungry, is an ego-tist and is completely inappropriate for this restaurant and atmosphere. He is controlling and makes sexist comments to the staff and the customers. The only person I have noticed him being cordial to is the only other male staff member.

Sat here for a couple of hours waiting for a connection. Food was surprisingly good (had the Korean chicken lettuce wraps and burger), service was excellent. Prices were as expected for an airport restaurant. Nice place to sit with views of the garden. It seems like they can accommodate to-go orders if needed.

Best thing there: leave hahaha
Bad service, the tables with the nice view are always closed with weird rules that they don’t have a server there but the table 1 meter away has one haha

I almost didn’t come here because the first review was terrible, so I’m leaving this to encourage you to ignore that guy’s drama.

The food was good, better than you get at most airport restaurants, and certainly better than the other options at this airport. I’d suggest trying their BBQ as a dip for the French fries…it tastes homemade, our family loved it!

The service was great! Cherry was our waitress, she did an incredible job serving us! That other guy must’ve been having a bad day, or maybe he was expecting a premium experience for some reason, but this is a solid option while waiting in Honolulu!

The Krab club and crispy chicken sandwich were delicious. Try the fries with the garlic aioli. Drinks were also very good. HUGE portion of fries. A bit pricey at $96 for 2x sandwiches, 2x drinks + tip.
