I commend Manager Danya, she retrieved my phone from the back seat of the trolley, sort of nailed in the trolley! Thank you, Danya, that’s beyond your scope of duty. I love that you greeted guests in between, that’s really awesome. That was quite special.
I thank Sagiri, she’s a little bundle of joy. She checked up on us if we’re okay and still enjoying our meal. She moved like a ninja! She’s swift!

1 TB of dressing in the middle and this was my wasted salad. I asked for a little more and he said they charge now. I can understand if I just wanted extra but they don’t give you enough to cover the one you have. Almost like it’s intentional. Place would be perfection if wasn’t for this.

Does the cook not taste their food before sending it out? I suffered through two bites of what was supposed to be chicken picatta and gave up. The most over-salted dish I have ever been served in any establishment. No, wait: the pasta was also way way way too salty! Why was the pasta salted??? And here's the kicker: I knew that they modified the traditional picatta dish by sprinkling it with little cubes of tomato, so I was prepared to scrape them off. But, isn't chicken picatta supposed to be prepared with lemon slices and lemon juice? There wasn't a hint of lemon in this dish, no lemon taste, no sight of a lemon slice. At all.

My boyfriend and I walked in for a lunch and were promptly seated and a nice corner. The service was wonderful, very friendly, and extremely patient. The food was stellar and brought out incrementally so that we could enjoy each plate of food at a good pace!

The overall atmosphere is AMAZING though! It feels like walking into a different era, the decor and furniture add so much to the overall ambience and what not.

Food was so good and very nice service it was very good for our 117 people group sat us down super fast and made the menu easy for our more elderly group

I've eaten at several Old Spaghetti Factory locations in California, Arizona, Oregon, and Colorado. The location here in Honolulu is terrific, with great food and wonderful staff. Definitely takes the #1 spot on my list for the best overall location.

Better hope kevin is your server , the food tasted better because he served it.

Only issue we had was too many flies. Enjoyed the food and decor and service was good.

I ordered the lasagna was just ok, which is probably one of the best options there because the sausage tastes horrible. I had to spit it out. The meatballs don’t taste good either. The place itself looks fun but would not recommend the food. The bread offered with the meal was not good. The garlic cheese bread was ok and the spumoni ice cream was good.

Food is decent, but there is nothing to rave about. It's a good atmosphere for families with young kids. Service was good, not stellar, but decently good.

Nice atmosphere, they used to be the iconic (in my youth) Italian place at ward warehouse but they had to move and relocated over at Aloha tower, same restaurant same food newer venue.
