I will say that I walked up to this place and then immediately turned around and did not partake. I clearly missed that this is an entirely outdoor bar and on a cooler/rainy night, this was not the vibe. Also the other attendees were remarkably young, dancing drunkenly about, and I nope’d out of there

Happy hour is phenomenal. $2 off drafts! Nice little area, and plenty of food around to choose from. Only thing I don’t like is all the people smoking cigars at the bar…. Blows it right into your face.

Drinks are poorly prepared and wait staff attitudes are even poorer. Spend a couple extra bucks and go to the nearby restaurant bar, or other local similarly priced "friendly" establishments, of which there are several.

Racist! Do not come here! They poured me half a class of sparkling wine and when I questioned the pour as a former bartender, I was chastised for questioning the serving. When I asked for a another drink, they insisted that that was their normal pour and I should deal with it and then threatened to call security. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was chastised again and they even attempted to take the drink away that I had already prepaid for. When I found the manager and politely asked him to identify himself, he told me to not interrupt him while he was talking. Very rude. Uncalled for negativity and I would never spend my money here and I recommend that you don’t do that it either.

I can't express enough how disappointed I am in the service of this establishment. I'm here celebrating my Founders day and was rudely treated but the man pictured here and the bartender. I was poured probably 3oz glass of a sparkling wine (half glass) and when I questioned the pour, I was chastised immediately and told I was being rude for questioning the pour. When I stated my dissatisfaction and requested another drink, he walked away and told me there was nothing he can do. When I asked to speak to a manager he threatened to call security and chastised me again. He specifically said I didn't have a right to ask for a manager. When a manager was I identified and I politely interrupted his conversation, which I realized now that he sat back and watched the entire conversation between myself and the bartender, he told me not to interrupt him and also threatened take my drink that I already paid for and call security. All of it escalated to a space that it didn't need to be. I felt humiliated and that I was unjustified in being an unhappy customer. Be aware of where you spend you money and the level at which this situation escalated, as a former bartender and food service worker was uncalled for and I would never come back.

Pretty pricy considering how bad the service is. You get the feeling they're only there to cater to rich older straight men, which is kinda weird given that WFP is home to the HPU campus. Wish it weren't this way because the location is great, food is decent enough, and I'd love to stick around after work to watch games and drink beer. I'll just take my business and my friends elsewhere.

I had the pleasure of visiting The Row, an exceptional outdoor bar that truly deserves a solid 5-star rating. From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Gavin, one of the owners, is an absolute standout. His commitment to creating a memorable experience for patrons is evident in every detail. Gavin's friendly demeanor and attentive service set the tone for a fantastic evening. But the magic doesn't stop there; the second owner, Brent, is equally instrumental in making The Row a standout destination. His unique charm and passion for the business shine through in every aspect of the establishment. Together, Gavin and Brent have formed a dynamic duo that elevates The Row to new heights. Their dedication to excellence, from the impressive drink selection to the beautifully presented dishes, is truly commendable. When you visit The Row, you'll not only enjoy a delightful outdoor ambiance and top-notch cocktails but also experience the synergy between Gavin and Brent that sets this bar apart. It's a winning combination that makes The Row an absolute must-visit for anyone seeking a memorable night out. I can't wait to return for more unforgettable evenings at The Row!

The Row at Kaka'ako is the only open-air bar on Oahu that allows cigar smokers to puff in peace! Hoon & Nick provide exceptional service & hospitality every time I stop by, making it feel like a home away from home. Good times, thank you!

Yesterday was my first time at ROW. I attended a private event there. The servers were very nice and attentive even though several of us were only drinking water. The bartenders were also very nice. It's an open air bar, which I appreciated given the ongoing COVID situation. I felt safer relaxing with friends outside than I would in a crowded enclosed area. There is covering overhead, but we were sitting along the outer edge, so a few of us did get a little wet when it started to drizzle. That's not a complaint, just a note for people who can't tolerate the rain. The ambiance is nice, appropriate lighting--not too bright, not too dark. I would definitely go there again.

Review is for the bar. It's one of the weirdest dive bars I've been to for the following reasons -- Location: it's an open air bar smacked in the middle of a bunch of office buildings. It just looks very...unfitting. It's also outside of the main restaurant / bar strip in Kaka'ako.- Ambience: we ended up here only because there were a few bar open past 11pm on a weekday here on the island. The crowd is mostly townie looking guys drinking beer and watching sports - at midnight. Dressing up will make you look out of place.- Drinks: kinda a college bar. Giant bottle of fireballs. Not sake, only a few Whiskeys. Stick to your very basic gin and tonic and don't expect the bartender to deliver anything sophisticated. The only thing good about this bar is that it opens until 2am on weekdays. it's a "last resort" kinda place.
