Our Signature Steak experience was amazing from beginning to end! The ambience is elegant but not too overstated. The staff was welcoming and attentive. And the food, nothing short of fantastic! Aaron, our waiter, was wonderful and gave us great recommendations. We will definitely be back!

I thought the place was very nice, our server could have been more attentive. I had to keep asking doe things like over too many times and it seems he paid more attention to another table across the way with more people and it seems a bigger bill. Other than that issue the food was good and loved the views.

Wonderful as usual, but I could have lived without the piped-in pop music. Smooth jazz or classical guitar or piano would have been more in keeping with the restaurants elegance.

We came here for our Anniversary. I would say that the entire service was flawless from start to the end of our meal. The moment we walked in we were greeted by the host, we were seated at a cute little corner with a beautiful sunset view of the Ala Wai Boat Harbor, greeted by our server Christian and his team who made the entire experience AMAZING. He and his team were all very attentive to all our needs, friendly, funny and just perfect. This is where i gave the food only 4 stars, in all honestly, the Lobster Mac n Cheese was phenomenal and will always be one of our favorite dishes here, however it was a little too salty this time around. The bacon and the cheese already makes the dish savory—a little adjustment would make a huge difference for this dish! We had the bone in rib eye and miso butterfish as our mains—the miso butterfish was *chef's kiss; the ribeye was delightful! We ordered fried mushrooms and one of our dishes came with mashed potatoes which elevated the palate! And oh! We had the half dozen oysters as our appetizer—the oysters were super fresh and sauces were really good! Unfortunately, there were a few instances where we felt we ate some sand; my thought is that the oysters just needed a quick rinse/cleaning after shucking them. They gave us the Lilikoi creme brûlée as our Anniversary dessert and it was one of the best creme brûlées I've ever had in my life! It had a perfect ratio of lilikoi custard and caramelized sugar torched into perfection! Throughout the night, my partner and I felt special from all the greetings and well wishes from the staff, their attentiveness, friendliness and assertiveness truly made a huge impact during our dining experience. I wish every restaurant in Oahu provided services like The Signature; this will truly make the world a better place! 😂 But seriously though, I highly recommend this place, and will definitely come back more! Thank you for making the start of our night BEAUTIFUL! 🥰

One of the best meals I've ever had. The food was great, service was better and views are top notch! We are putting this on our dining list when we return to the island.

We celebrated my husband's 60th birthday, and everyone made it so special. We were moved to a window table with ocean view, and it was perfect! The food and service was outstanding.

Christian our waiter made the experience an even better one. He was doing everything right, he was checking on us. Making good recommendations on the food and drinks. The restaurant has really nice views, the food is good. We order the tomahawk, and the butterfish. We also try a couple entries and everything was good. Also we enjoyed the piano music. It was a good experience. I would highly suggest if you have the time to check it out.

The view was absolutely amazing as well as the ambiance however, the food lacked flavor and the waiter was a bit intrusive.

My one word description of dinner “disappointed”. This review falls on the shoulders of Ken presumingly the manager. Let’s start with the confusion between booking reservations and arriving to find the requested seating area unavailable. I understand comms differences but hearing him seat people in the area that was specifically requested and then being told “so this high top was all that was open” well a beautiful view of buildings and Ala Wai was exactly what we wanted for sunset on our anniversary. Then the delay, is it normal in a high end restaurant for two people to wait from seating to food one hour and thirty minutes? I finally had to flag down Ken when I saw a large group seated after us getting their main courses. But wait this nightmare didn’t end, five minutes after addressing the issue Ken shows up with food saying the obligatory sorry and leaves. Well the $70 steaks were under cooked. Thankfully the waiter was able to take the steak back and stop the Mooing, medium rare doesn’t mean black and blue. Lastly and a question for Ken, why would you not check on the unhappy table once? I saw you cutting thru the kitchen to avoid walking by our table.

Everything is marvellous, the cuisine, the view, the pianist (Grant), but the prices are not for the common humans...

Huge lineup at happy hour. We had a reservation but thought we’d start with a drink beforehand. Added name to waitlist for happy hour. Told if seat at bar we could go there so we did (2 of us) . Promptly and rudely told to get up, we could only sit at bar if 2 seats. We left and cancelled dinner reservation. Manager needs to work on his manners!!

I went there for dinner on the last day in Hawaii, and it was the best dinner to end my trip.
For parking, leave the valet in front of the hotel, get a stamp at the restaurant, and pay $6.
