The Signature Prime Steak & Seafood

I came once by myself about a year ago and loved it; this time I took my wife to celebrate her birthday; the food was delicious and the service superb. Ask for a table near the windows for an amazing view. Highly recommended.

Great food and ocean views. The room noise level got louder and temperature warmer as more customers arrived. The server gave us great menu suggestions. Everyone enjoyed their dishes and the ambiance.

Too noisy. Inconsistent service. Over priced. Small overrated portions. Not a pleasant dining experience.

I brought my GF here for our first Dinner date together on Saturday. She Loved it (I was certain she would) and we had a wonderful evening. She had the Maine Lobster and I had the Prime Ribeye. We shared a split of Veuve Clicquot along with sautéed mushrooms and asparagus. Finished the evening by splitting an Affogato. Garret took care of us and as always the staff was friendly and professional

My wife got food poisoning from their salmon. I called the GM to tell them about it and she was annoyed at me for calling. Over a $600 tab + a hospital bill. If you’re a tourist like me avoid this place!

We celebrated our anniversary here and would love to return. Obviously expensive, but not exorbitant—and the sights (and sounds, there was a pianist) were incredible. The service was probably the best I’ve experienced in years of traveling and dining out.

The Signature NEVER disappoints. Took some friends from out of town out for a double date and everything was fantastic. Our server was absolutely amazing and attentive, and even charged our friends phone! Food was delicious and seasoned perfectly from start to finish. I truly have a hard time deciding on going anywhere else when we want something special.

Very nice place to eat food was delicious service was good. The noise level was too loud. Couldn't hear my companion wel. I would recommend the Steakhouse.

AMAZING

Signature Prime was the one upscale dinner our family planned during our 2-week visit to Hawaii, and we could not have chosen a better spot. I've had steaks from many 5-star steak restaurants from NYC to Chicago to LA, and the wagu filet I had at Signature Prime ranks as one of the best I've ever enjoyed! My wife loved the scallop too! Both my son and daughter also agreed - totally worth the relatively expensive bill. Highly recommend the lobster mac and cheese! Our waiter was terrific and the atmosphere was lovely. Beautiful view of the city as the sun set and the skyline lit up. If, like us, you only budget for one 5-star dining experience I definitely recommend Signature Prime Steak & Seafood!

Service took too long for almost an empty evening! Took almost an hr for drinks alone, not good for business

Pono was a professional and helpful service . I am very pleased and impressed with the Lobster Bisque, Prime NY steak - mashed potatoes. I can also recommend their Crème Brûlée.

We had a wonderful dinner at Signature in Waikiki to celebrate our 10 year Anniversary. The ambiance was beautiful and the food was absolutely delicious. Special thanks to Devon for the exceptional service, he was attentive, and made our night even more memorable. Highly recommend!

Maybe it's because we were young maybe it's because our waiter was in a bad mood. We were treated like we couldn't afford to be there. Little comments. Lack of interest in our table. 25 + minutes waiting for a Cesar salad. Food was just ok. Steaks had very little flavor. In fact mine had none. My husband ended up giving me his slightly over cooked ribeye because it had just a little flavor. Mashed potatoes were good they had some flavor. But overall the experience was terrible and the food was ok
