The Signature Prime Steak & Seafood

Beautiful restaurant....stunning views...excellent piano player. Check in process was a jumbled mess. Reservation notes weren't honored. We went for my daughter's birthday dinner. She sd the steak was cooked perfectly. A The salmon was ok, the problem was with the sides. I ordered mushroom risotto and felt sick after. Beautiful, beautiful setting.... I guess yes only for the streaks. The piano bar player was excellent. Service was ok, but not polished. I had people reach over me, on the side, just every which way.... they should know better, I definitely do. Dinwiddie

Excellence was experienced here. The views, the service, the food and drinks were all exceptional. Loved the pianist adding elegance to the atmosphere. You set the bar when it comes to eating at a top notch location. Mahalo Nui!

Jordan, our waiter, did a phenomenal job the entire night. My wife and I celebrated our last night in Honolulu here and he made sure we had a perfect dinner. He even had a complimentary dessert sent to our table to celebrate our honeymoon. Truly the best dining experience we had on the island.

This was my third trip to the Signature steak house, and the service was exquisite, as usual. A couple dishes, were too salty (fried oysters and saute mushrooms). One of my guest ordered prime rib, but you were out and subbed it with rib eye steak. Although the steak tasted okay, he was disappointed, as his heart was set on prime rib. My daughter, another guest and myself had the miso butterfish. It was cooked well, but did not too much miso flavor. As a matter of fact, it was kind of bland. The other dishes ordered were fine, crusted ahi and another steak entre.

Literally writing this review before even receiving our main dish. Sat down, took 10 for anyone to even acknowledge us. The server’s assistant literally stopped as he was running by and said “water or sparking” and we were caught so off guard we were like what?! It was strange.
Server is nice HOWEVER he mentioned 3 times he would bring bread over and did not. I asked his assistant for it and they just brought it over like nothing.
Another couple sat down who happened to be white across from us and they received their bread before us and were even kindly and calmly asked what they were celebrating tonight.
No one cared to even ask if we were, which happened to be our actual 10 year anniversary.

I’m just over being dismissed. Do not recommend this place for the service alone. I don’t care if our food was amazing, employees need to slow down and treat everyone the same no anther their skin color!

We had an excellent dinner, the food was great quality especially the ahi. My husband loved his steak. The drinks were really good as well.

The only negative was that our server would not look at me but would look my husband in the eye when he spoke. We found this really odd.

Everything was perfect..our server was the bestest, Stephen oliva..I love the beef carpaccio, wanted to order the French onion soup, the bloody Mary with a strip of bacon, oh my. Love my creme brulee and all we had..the butter buns r to die for too!! Thank you front & back of the house! We will be back.

The regular salad which we started off was excellent where the balsamic dressing was incorporated with the greens. The Greek mignon which we wanted to try something different was perfect and the Calamasi Cheesecake was light and interesting

Food is phenomenal along with the view. The service is great and the piano player is great.

We started with oysters and scallops and continued with ribeye, filet, ahi and salmon - all delicious and cooked to perfection. Lobster mac & cheese is a must. Creme brulee and cheesecake were wonderful as well. Would definitely recommend for special occasions, family or dates and for anyone who enjoys a beautiful sunset.

The ambience was amazing. The food was very delicious. I got the bone-in ribeye steak and it was cooked to perfection. The scallops and lobster Mac n cheese were also very good. Our night felt super special and I would recommend coming here if you're celebrating any special occasion.

Monday evening dining for a birthday celebration; excellent service on top of deliciously prepared dishes. Consistently excellent. We appreciate the staff's attentiveness and quick response to make sure that our celebration went well. One steak was overdone and the staff corrected that oversight quickly. Thank you!

Everything was fine. With the exception of families with small children and babies. I feel for what you are paying for that the restaurant should be for adults only. Other than that it was a beautiful experience.
